We all know that Sefton Resources (SER) is running out of cash fast - it is down to £250,000 which is not enough to cover either its legal bills in fighting Jimmyliar Ellerton's spurious legal claims or the legal & AIM cash costs of doing a trasaction, if indeed it is able to do one. And so when's the placing?

For goodness sake dont take part in this placing . Its throwing money down a bottomless pit lined with shite and downward facing spikes . This company represents everything that is and has ever been wrong with AIM . It has no assets , no leader , no competent directors , no viable business plan , enough baggage to keep Heathrow baggage handlers occupied for years . It is an empty shit coated shell . The shit has twenty coats of UV resistant varnish ontop, personally applied by Broken Man Dan, so you will never clean it up .

Desperate Dan looks like a scumbag — and will look even more of a scumbag if he buys into this alleged placing. Chris Oil looks like a scumbag. But are they involved in Sefton’s strategy? The evidence says that they aren’t. So you appear to be calling Whitford and Rachmantio “scumbags” — without any justification AFAIK.
