DUCK AND DIVE
If true, it’s shocking that Lenigas fired a NOMAD for trying to make him act within the regulations. It should be illegal to fire a NOMAD who is doing his job properly. At the very least, it should be impossible to fire a NOMAD without a tribunal hearing with the FCA.
