Motor dealer HR Owen (HRO) is an arb trade. On 18th July the company rejected an offer from Berjaya Philippines at 130p a share saying that it was not good enough. It is not. But the bid places HR Owen in play or at the very least will see brokers revalue it or get a higher bid from the same predator or another. Either way all things point north.
