Agree re most of your GKP comments but you need to factor in $3 per barrel (onshore) lifting costs and potential vast resource.
I’m told data room heaving with all the majors. High political risk but unique opportunity to buy potentially massive asset with very low operating costs on the cheap.
The principle risk is non payment but this will/has to improve. Chicken and egg and Kurds realise this.

interesting that you fail to to acknowledge the main point for bulletin boards in general and the GKP boards in particular. While getting us to reflect on the good useful and herculean role of ADVFN (hic)
The point you fail to see, (not totally surprising in the view of your own style of expression) is the mindless abuse, the plethora of insults, the numerous cases of stalking and al which are tolerated by ADVFN, despite their own charter (rules of business). on the ADVFN board, paying members tend to get the premium priviledge to abuse as they see fit.
where bulls and bears, shorters, traders can express their opinions in a civil manner would be a good start, not in the realm of a quantum leap by our society’s standards. and then we fall on the emotional grounds, and all sorts deliberate sentiment manipulation tricks ….
