I see The Daily Mail had a piece on PVR about a fund raising at 25p and low and behold PVR subsequently release an RNS stating it was looking at raising funds ! so The Daily Mail gets to hear about it from God knows who but shareholders are kept in the dark , TO’R jnr has run this company into the ground with his “Watch this space “ and “Nearing completion” on the Barryroe oil field farm out for the last 3 years, and nothing doing only pocketing 500,000 a year while shareholders are destroyed, should I really be surprised ?

bmr troubles

Many thanks on your podcasts, its great to hear from someone who is dead against sugar coating and calls a spade a spade.
Regarding BMR what is your opinion of Anita Carr or Anita Elizabeth Carr of Swan Logistics Limited (in respect of 12,472,798 Ordinary Shares) agreed to her shares being converted into deferred shares at the next general meeting of BMR, such deferred shares having no economic or voting rights, and being de-listed from trading on the AIM Market, with lock-in provisions until such date;
Why is Anita soo very keen to make this sacrifice not to mention the waiving of her rights to future share options?
I notice she resigned from the position of Secretary for BMR a week after the suspension rns pending the investigation, she had been the company secretary since 2003.
I also notice she has held positions in most of Masoud Alikhani’s other companies along with his brother who helped bail him out in her her very own Swan Logistics.

I cannot find any reference that qpp have promised anybody a report by the end of next week. The RNS of 12/01 stated that the review will be complete by the end of Feb, and shareholders would be updated as appropriate. So any up date is likely to come later (my guess) in an abbreviated form. Seen quite a few comments around this in the press and I think incorrect assumptions have been made.
BTW What are you doing staying in a hotel, thought you have a sprawling palace out there. Further BBW, nothing wrong with Bolton
