TPX

TPXimpact – results emphasise “a strong foundation for accelerated growth” but also mean an already more than 52% share price gain in less than two months

Noting that thanks to the under-siege taxpayer TPXimpact Holdings (TPX) was able to state it was “focused on sustainable growth, supported by new business wins of £122m”, we made the shares our April 2026 tip of the month at a 42p offer price, below £40 million market cap. What about now its results for the year ended 31st March 2026 and the shares currently further up to 64.5p in response?

TPX

TPXimpact – “expects to comfortably exceed the recently upgraded consensus” value?

What price for a company whose house broker, following a recent “expects to comfortably exceed the recently upgraded consensus” trading update from the company, now forecasts earnings per share to increase to 5p for its year just-ended and to above 6p in its now current year with also in the now current year a return to net cash from an above £4 million net debt position? The current price for that profile in a macroeconomic environment meaning elsewhere widespread trading struggles suggests there is value here.

TPX

TPXimpact – “delighted to report” interim results, how ‘delightful’ are they?…

Specialising in corporate jargon (oops, I mean “technology-enabled services… focused on people-powered digital transformation”), TPXimpact (TPX) has issued half-year results headlined “Improved profitability and reduced net debt in line with key objectives of three-year plan”. What about though currently an approaching 55% higher share price response to 23.5p?!

TPX

TPXimpact – argues “seeing good momentum across the business”, but what about compared to pre lack-of-profits warning expectations?

The corporate jargon company (Oops, I mean “technology-enabled services company focused on people-powered transformation”!), TPXimpact (TPX) has issued a “First Half Update” including that it’s “seeing good momentum across the business”. So what about the shares currently slightly higher at 14.5p, though comparing to 43p at the start of the 2025 calendar year?

TPX

TPXimpact – argues a “pleased to provide” trading update. Er, what about the February lack-of-profits warning?…

TPXimpact (TPX) has announced that it has “delivered a solid fourth quarter” and that in its now current year it “expects to deliver meaningful progress in profitability, driven by TPXimpact’s continued focus on operational discipline and greater productivity”. What does this mean financially against a currently slightly up to 25p share price?

TPX

TPXimpact – I having noted its ‘maintained’ targets didn’t look realistic, now a lack-of-profits warning (natch!)…

Most recently writing on corporate jargon company (Oops, I mean “technology-enabled services company focused on people-powered digital transformation”!) TPXimpact Holdings (TPX), in November with the shares at 32p I reiterated my questioning of how realistic its full-year targets. The shares most recently closed at 32p, but what of them currently more than 17% lower today on the back of the company announcing a “Q3 Trading Update and Revised Outlook”?

TPX

TPXimpact – CFO appointment, to ‘create lasting shareholder value’?

Digital transformation services company TPXimpact (TPX) “is pleased to announce the appointment of Noel Douglas as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective on or before 1 April 2025”, with CEO Bjorn Conway emphasising “Noel's experience, skills and understanding of our industry will be valuable as we continue our journey to deliver for our clients in a sustainable way whilst improving shareholder value”. What about this from a current 32p share price?

TPX

TPXimpact – “maintaining” adjusted EBITDA targets, but how realistic really are they now?

Most recently writing on ‘digital transformation’ provider to largely the UK public sector TPXimpact (TPX), in May with the shares up to 43.5p I questioned it reiterating previously-announced targets. So what of now a “Trading Update” including “maintaining its FY25 Adjusted EBITDA target of £7-8m… FY26, the board is maintaining its targets of like-for-like revenue growth of 10-15% and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 10-12%. The board remains confident that the company is strongly positioned in its key markets, with significant opportunities in digital transformation and responsible AI” – and the shares currently approaching 6% down towards 40p?

TPX

TPXimpact – argues Q3 trading in line with achieving financial targets, but how ‘pleasing’ is the performance really?…

Arguing it “is being increasingly recognised as a leading alternative digital transformation provider to the UK public services sector”, TPXimpact Holdings (TPX) has issued a “Q3 Trading Update” (to 31st December 2023) including that it “is pleased to confirm that trading in Q3 was in line with achieving the company's financial targets for the current financial year” and “the outlook remains positive”. So what of a current 40.5p share price comparing to above 100p in autumn 2022?

TPX

TPXimpact – states “pleased to provide” update on half-year trading and a disposal. But how ‘pleasing’ really is it?…

‘Digital transformation’ services company TPXimpact (TPX) states that it “is pleased to provide an update on its first half trading for the period ended 30 September 2023 and announce the disposal of TPXimpact Norway AS”. The shares have currently nudged up to 40p in response, but what of them still down from above 60p even less than a year ago?

This makes a mockery of the the so called rules and regulations when something as blatant as this is done. It's a shame a shareholder can't propose themselves as a director just to prevent the strike-off.Is there nothing legal that can be done at this point?

I thought that a seasoned reader of financial statements would have clocked that OPTI's HY results to 30/6/26 classed their SBTX shares as non-current assets – meaning that management has no intention to sell them within 12 months.Maybe you assumed that they were forced to class them as non-current because SBTX shares were suspended…but no, the SBTX suspension was lifted weeks before OPTI's sign-off date. And if you believe that OPTI haven't sold all or most of their remaining SBTX shares since June 30th, I'm afraid they saw you coming. There is of course a risk that OPTI has double accounted for its SBTX shares, having included them in both non-current assets and in "cash and equivalents", which might be a fruitful line of enquiry for you.As for Skin's RNS arriving a day outside the standard 10th-20th definition of mid-month, they have had a lot of balls to juggle so a 24hr delay ought to be a cause for congratulations. Why not grab some SBTX shares this afternoon? Could be your last chance to buy back below 12p.

Notwithstanding your ad nauseam negativity on SBTX, I choose to believe the positive indications from the 8 June RNS, including "Growth continued across the company", under Current Trading and Outlook (from a chairman who never speaks with forked tongue). Accordingly, I have helped myself to a nice top-up in anticipation of a welcome trading update on Monday.
