Ouzo for the Sheriff, time for Richard Horseface to sing the ShareProphets National Anthem – Toople goes bust

With serial failure Richard “horseface” Horsman as chairman since its 2016 IPO, Toople (TOOP) has always been a disaster and I have always been a bear. The CEO changed regularly but the pattern of cash guzzling underperformance was always the same. Oh, and it also lied to investors as I showed most recently, HERE. That is never a good sign. Today the Fat Lady has arrived bringing a bottle of ouzo for the Sheriff as she gets read to sing with the loser Horseface.

TOOP

Toople dire interims, insolvency looms and is it admitting to lying to investors about money?

Toople (TOOP) has always been a dog with fleas and anyone owning the shares, down another 28% today to 0.021p has only themselves to blame – the loss since launch is now 99.75%.  But today’s statement seems to contain an admission of an obvious and monstrous lie told in an RNS before Christmas. Is low life adviser Novum happy with its clients lying to investors? I suspect it doesn't care as long as it is paid but I'd hope that the FCA would care.

TOOP

Toople - CEO lies about dilutive death spiral loan

Toople (TOOP), the sub-standard listed company, today issued an RNS about “debt financing”. And in that RNS, the CEO lies. Never buy shares in companies where the CEO is shown to tell a lie, as there are bound to be others you are unaware of.

TOOP

Toople – when will it Topple and die?

Today. Toople (TOOP) a sub-standard listed company which I have warned about many times,  published its results for the year ended 30 September 2021.  The company made a loss before tax of £1,280,950 on turnover of £3,012,936.  The real concern is the fall in revenues when the comparatives included only 7 and a 1/2 months from DMS Holdings Limited showing that the “core” Toople business once all its non-paying customers were removed had a massive slump in revenue.

TOOP

Toople – LTIP “to encourage long-term value creation”. Er...

Toople (TOOP), which states that it “provides bespoke telecoms services for its fast growing target market of UK SMEs”, has announced a 'long term incentive plan' “to encourage long-term value creation for the group's shareholders and to align the interests of the participants with shareholders”. Er...

TOOP

Toople – observations on the Prospectus: More red flags for Tea Vicar?

Perma dog Toople (TOOP) published its Prospectus today so I took a quick look through the tome and draw out some interesting elements below. Suffice to say the document is strewn with red flags and unanswered questions but demonstrates quite clearly the unacceptable greed of certain City advisors. They will prosper from this deal. Those owning the shares will not and this stock is utterly uninvestable at any price. So here is today’s list lof red flags and questions from the document.

TOOP

Toople – now about that acquisition sloppily and misleadingy announced yesterday: is there really a £900,000 black hole?

Yesterday I raised a number of concerns relating to the acquisition announced by uber-dog Toople (TOOP).  I fear there are more. We can start with the fact that the RNS needs to be re-issued as it refers to the wrong companies. Then there is a matter of a potential £900,000 black hole which could sink Toople completely…

TOOP

Toople – interims, “cash… sufficient to allow business to continue with the growth plan”. Really?...

Previously writing on provider of telecom services to UK SMEs Toople (TOOP), it was argues “tremendous progress”… but what about to that ‘positive cash flow generation’?. Today results for the company’s half-year ended 31st March 2019 argue “this has been an excellent six months for the company… Current trading is strong with another record month in April and a healthy new business pipeline… initiatives and our excellent product offering and customer service will, we believe, ultimately set us on the road to achieve our stated goal of long term future profitability”. The shares have currently responded, er, towards 0.50p – more than 7% lower…

TOOP

Toople – shows contempt for ordinary investors with “delighted to announce” placing

A “Major Contract Win” announcement from Toople (TOOP) on 29th August followed the prior week “contract win demonstrates that Toople is excellently placed” and saw the shares soar to more than 0.92p. I warned with an attempted bailout financing looking on the horizon, sell / avoid, and the shares had settled somewhat around 0.75p before a now “Proposed placing to raise £2.2 million”…

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.
