Tintra – was the recent death spiral really issued by Bergen Asset Management?

Dubious quality companies on the AIM and Standard List have long used Death Spiral funding to raise cash to keep the lights on.  It appears that now that some but not all of the Bulletin Board morons have cottoned onto the main names in the Death Spiral space that the latest twist is for the Death Spiral Lender to use a front entity to provide the money and for it to be given a industry relevant moniker to reassure the more gullible investors that the new funding is coming a long term institutional investor and not a wicked Death Spiral lender that will crater the share price.

TNT

Tintra – curious funding news, this stinks

In the current nuclear winter for small cap stock Richard Shearer is proving to be the man to watch as today Tintra (TNT) issued two announcements revealing the raising of significant additional cash to finance the artificial intelligence led banking operation that he is building.

TNT

Tintra – why is it still struggling with financial reporting?

I haven’t written about Tintra (TNT) for some time.  Since I last did, it has continued to sort out its legacy business, seeking to build its new model from the disaster that was St James House (previously Boxhill Technology).  It has raised monies at high premiums to its share price, and appointed several impresing-sounding individuals to the Board.  The self-styled “rapidly innovating Deep Tech & Banking business” continues in a similar vein, with the following AGM statement:

TNT

Tintra – show me the money

On 10 January Tintra (TNT) announced that a new investor was investing $1 million equivalent to a valuation of 504 pence per share.  Today’s RNS provides an update:

TNT

Tintra – spoof investment valuation: this stinks!

Tintra (TNT) has issued an RNS “Strategic Investment Under Funding Round” which saw the shares soar up over 225% at the time of writing. The whole think stinks like a rotting herring stuffed down the back of a sofa in a very warm room.

TNT

Tintra – incompetent FD walks plank, an inevitability after my expose

Richard Shearer at Tintra (TNT)continues with the rapid news flow with two more RNS announcements since my last article.  Let’s start with a positive from yesterday’s RNS: "Dan Pym, the Group Finance Director, will leave his job at the end of this week.  The Company expects to make an announcement regarding his replacement prior to his departure.”

TNT

Breaking:Tintra and its spoof AI deal – how can Nomad Allenby sign off on such utter bollocks?

Today Tintra (TNT) announced its entry into the previously announced AI joint venture.  There is nothing like announcing essentially the same deal twice to keep up the news flow.  Under Richard Shearer, Tintra has turned into an RNS and share issuing machine. But these announcements are so patently bogus, how can Nomad Allenby sign off on such utter bollocks?

TNT

EXPOSE: Tintra – four reasons why interims results need to be restated & why FD Dan Pym should walk the plank

I set out below four reasons why Tintra’s (TNT)  interim financial statements are not compliant with the requirements of IAS 34 for interim financial statements and why new interims are required. Do I expect Nomad Allenby or the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation to do anything about black and white breaches of the rules? No. My faith in regulators or City advisors is at rock bottom. But just for the record:

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My 2000 AMRQ is not enough to compensate for my 2,000,000 KEFI. Though I am glad I bought some AMRQ.I like dividends, so look forward to even a small payment in the near future.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.

I cannot see how TerpenTech can “pay” this time. Last occasion, if i understand right, it was by issuing shares, but given the percentage that Eden now hold, i cannot see this wheeze working this time round…
