EXPOSE: Tintra the stench gets even worse at the fraud that was the AIM Company of the Year 2022

The stench surrounding Tintra Limited formerly Tintra Plc, AIM Company of the Year 2022, just got even worse. In its last accounts for the six months ended 31 July 2023 filed on 31 October 2023, Tintra claimed to have net assets of £7,150,000 and cash of £7,007,000. Yet it was wound up by a petition from Fintech Leaders Fund for its failure to pay a much smaller sum. It is also the subject on ongoing litigation along with former Directors by Cogut and others alleging a failure to repay another loan and accusing its former CEO Richard Shearer of making a string of false representations

TNT

Tintra Limited – has Tintra 3.0 now been wound up?

I revealed on 26 June that Tintra 3.0 which was the joint venture between Time Machine Capital 2 Limited and Tintra (The Aim company of the year 2022, now in administration) and was the company which owned the intellectual property which was behind Richard Shearer’s claimed valuation hype was subject to a winding up order. According to Caseboard the matter has proceeded further.

TNT

Tintra: who actually plunged in the knife of death first? It was a three horse race

The AIM Company of the Year 2022, which claimed to have £7 million net cash when it delisted earlier this year is in administration, the question is who struck the fatal blow. The supplementary question is whether the FCA or AIM Regulation can be arsed to deal with such an obvious fraud which at one stage was capitalized at well over £100 million.

TNT

Tintra – maybe justice will be served after all?

No I do not mean the useless FCA or even more useless chaps at AIM Regulation are doing anything at all. They are too busy putting the finishing touches to yet another lengthy paper on sexism in the City and the ethnic pay gap in fund management to deal with the fraud that is now bust but was “the AIM Company of the year 2022”, that is to say Tintra (TNT). However…

TNT

EXPOSE: Tintra goes into administration, a shocking court case regarding a $1.2 million debt it did not tell us about

Tintra Limited, what was Tintra PLC (TNT), the AIM Company of the year 2022 is now officially a dead parrot, it is in administration put there by the Cogut family to whom it owed $1.2 million. And to think when it delisted just a few months ago it said it had £7 million of cash. It did not, that was a lie and this was a fraud. In that vein I bring you recently filed court papers fromthe Coguts alleging unpaid and undeclared debts and serial lying by CEO Richard Shearer, a co-defendant in this case.

TNT

Tintra – another reason why the last issued financial statements were materially non compliant with IFRS and another loss of value for shareholders of Tintra

At Companies House, Tintra Limited, what was Tintra PLC (TNT), the AIM company of the year 2022, is stated as “active”. Companies House records the former chairman Roger Matthews as resigning on 8 March 2024. Dr Joe Lyske who was highlighted by Richard Shearer on his appointment as being the IT guru who was going to developed the AI technology for Tintra’s banking applications had previously resigned on 16 January 2024. Whilst Tintra still has an active website there are no recent press releases or articles on that site. JP Jenkins site also no longer makes reference to Tintra Limited. It is, I suggest, a Norwegian parrot.

TNT

BREAKING: Has Tintra, the AIM Company of the year 2022 and a total Norfolk, been wound up for real this time?

You may remember that earlier this year, death spiral provider Fintech Leaders Fund served a winding up petition on Tintra Ltd, formerly Tintra PLC (TNT), the AIM Company of the year 2022 over a bill which was a fraction of the amount of net cash Tintra claimed to be sitting on when it delisted. That order was stayed for 56 days as Tintra promised to pay. Wind forward to 24 April…

TNT

BREAKING EXPOSE: Tintra Limited – did Tintra avoid £1 million in liabilities & screw its creditors by dumping St Daniel House

Tintra Plc (TNT) now Tintra Limited, trading on JP Jenkins but formerly the AIM Company of the Year 2022, had a history of dumping loss making and insolvent subsidiaries for nominal consideration and recording large profits on their disposal. But was this all a deception? I have a £1 million expose which suggests that it was.

TNT

BREAKING: Tintra Limited – who is lying about ownership of shares in Indomanange?

Earlier I flagged up the scandalous listing of Tintra (TNT) on JP Jenkins. It is my contention that the company mislead investors in numerous ways allowing insiders to make millions from dumping share at hugely inflated prices. And in that vein, here is another oddity that the folks at JP Jenkins should be considering as a matter of urgency.

TNT

BREAKING: Tintra – vomit making video reminds me of Tingo: shares join JP Jenkins (pro tem)

I have written to my old pal Malcolm Burne in utter horror as I received the email below from his matched bargain platform JP Jenkins boasting that Tintra (TNT), the AIM Company of the year 2022, had joined JPJ. Our exposes on this website were countless but in essence, insiders dumped vast numbers of shares at hugely inflated prices on the back of spoof fundings at a huge premium which did not happen, then a takeover at 150p which did not happen and a tender offer at 150p which Tintra says may still happen but has not. And it will not.

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.

I cannot see how TerpenTech can “pay” this time. Last occasion, if i understand right, it was by issuing shares, but given the percentage that Eden now hold, i cannot see this wheeze working this time round…
