Predator Oil & Gas discounted placing as Novum finds a loophole to circumvent prospectus rules: swivel FCA!!!!

I pointed out a few weeks ago that Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) run by the troll Lonny Baumgardener and the share dealing just ahead of a placing whizz Paul Griffiths was pumping its shares ahead of an inevitable discounted bailout placing. Call me Mystic fecking Meg. So today Predator has raised £2 million at just 5.5p. But this is not just a straight placing. It stinks. With a hat tip to Evil Banksta let me explain.

PRD

Predator Oil & Gas – Options shower from Sarah I can’t Cope

Sarah Cope is not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. Her performance at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) before it was booted off the AIM Sewer was a case study in managerial incompetence. Today we have an announcement from Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), itself a dog and where share dealings are often, er, interesting.

PRD

Lonny "the Prick" Baumgardner of Predator trolls me to protect his chairman from insider dealing probe

Last year I forced the sacking of Ron Pilbeam as a director of Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) after I exposed his dodgy share dealings. You'd have thought his fellow directors would have learned. But this week I exposed the share dealings of chairman Paul Griffiths and the company's financial adviser Peterhouse quit as a result of this matter. It would not act for a company whose chairman sold shares PA at 9p knowing that a placing (which was at 5.5p) HAD to happen within weeks to fund drilling commitments made but which investiors were unaware of. This looks an open and shut case.

PRD

Letter to FCA – please investigate possible/ almost certain insider dealing by Paul Griffiths at Predator Oil & Gas

The financial adviser to Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Peterhouse Capital has already resigned because of the share dealings by Mr Griffiths and it may well have contacted the FCA – as the regulator ( no sniggering at the back) of the Standard List and the guardian against financial crime ( STOP sniggering!) about the matter. Just in case it has not, I have written today.

PRD

Predator – ouzo on cornflakes for the Sheriff as Peterhouse quits after share dealing stink

It is sad to have to explain to some demented haters out there but this ouzo on cornflakes thing is my little joke and I am not an alcoholic and you are humourless bastards. These days, I reckon if I shift 5 units a week, that is a heavy week. Anyhow it is ouzo on cornflakes for me after this article and a word of praise for Peterhouse Capital for a shock resignation just before the close yesterday.  Make no mistake this is about the growing share dealing scandal involving Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) chairman Paul Griffiths.

PRD

BOMBSHELL EXPOSE: Predator Oil and Gas – More skeletons than a graveyard

Having commented on the potential insider trading and undeclared related party deal at Predator Oil and Gas (PRD) only a few days ago and triggered Tom Winnifrith to write to the FCA, I’ve been drawn back again to look at a few further aspects. So often when you find something really questionable going on within a company, it is rarely a one-off and it would appear to be the case for this company.

PRD

BREAKING EXPOSE: Predator Oil and Gas – Uninvestable corporate governance & share sale scandal

I wrote positively, if cautionusly about Predator Oil and Gas (PRD) back in March. A few things have happened since, including the drilling of the MOU-1 well in Morocco provided a very unclear outcome. However I have now come to the view having looked a few matters, including but not limited to the RNS today advising of Director share sales last week, that the corporate governance of this company is so poor, it is completely uninvestable.

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.
