Enteq Technologies – hopefully our warnings, rather than its “advance our strategy to… build long-term value for our shareholders”, were heeded as it’s now “Appointment of Administrators”!…

Most recently on Enteq Technologies (NTQ), last week I wrote ‘intra-day “Conclusion of FSP, Corporate & Sale Process Update”. Uh Oh!’, concluding ‘it is also stated that “if at any time it is considered by the board that suitable funding cannot realistically be raised then the board will take the appropriate steps to seek to preserve value for creditors”. The key to note in that is “creditors” instead of even ‘stakeholders’ and let alone ‘shareholders’. With the conclusion of the Formal Sale Process also suggesting it’s going to be very good luck for current shareholders to eventually get anything from here, it’s a current share price further crashing towards 0.5p still bargepole/sell’. Hopefully at least that was heeded, after prior caution as far back as a 16p share price in 2016, as the company now announces “Appointment of Administrators”!

NTQ

Enteq Technologies – intra-day “Conclusion of FSP, Corporate & Sale Process Update”. Uh Oh!…

With its shares having fallen to 1p in January, Enteq Technologies (NTQ) announced a 'Formal Sale Process' including emphasising that “the board continues to believe in the quality of the SABER technology and the compelling market opportunity driven by wider market conditions and industry demand for a low cost to operate rotary steerable system” and that it was “in discussions with two parties”. Now, intra-day (uh oh!), at 10:27am, a “Conclusion of FSP, Corporate & Sale Process Update” announcement.

NTQ

Enteq Technologies – argues “achieving one of the key test objectives”, but it’s otherwise test disappointment and cash crunch even more AHOY!

Enteq Technologies (NTQ) has issued a “Trading Update” including that a “demonstration test” of its SABER (Steer-At-Bit Enteq Rotary) tool “again proved the principles of operation and steering by generating 'dog-leg', building and turning the angle during drilling, thereby achieving one of the key test objectives” and that it “continues to actively engage with potential customers, driven by the market and industry demand for a low cost to operate rotary steerable system”. So what of a current share price response to 1.15p, more than 60% down?!

NTQ

Enteq Technologies – notes progress on “unique” SABER product, so why a more than 30% share price slump?

An “AGM trading statement” from Enteq Technologies (NTQ) includes “increased number of active North American drilling rigs during the period, rising from approx. 700 at the start of April to approx. 760 currently” and “SABER, the unique Rotary Steerable Drilling product, based on IP from Shell and subsequent Enteq developments has now successfully passed all stages of passive testing… a full active drilling test site has been booked in Norway and commercial agreements for field trials, initially in the Middle East, are being concluded with the expectation of commercial operations closer to the end of this calendar year”. Good news then from this “energy services technology and equipment supplier”?

NTQ

Enteq Upstream – interims, international customer base “grown significantly”?...

‘Measurement While Drilling’ technologies and equipment company Enteq Upstream (NTQ) has announced results for its half-year ended 30th September 2020 including “the international customer base for Enteq has grown significantly in the last six months, primarily through expanding market share in China… with good further opportunities… has some exciting product release plans which have the potential to change the scale of our business” and “cash balance of $8.8m”. The shares have currently responded to 12p, er approaching 16% lower...

NTQ

Enteq Upstream – AGM update on company & industry positions

Having slid back towards 12p following a June announcement of results for its year ended 31st March 2016, shares in oilfield services technology and equipment supplier, Enteq Upstream (NTQ) are currently steady at 16p on the back of an “AGM Statement” announcement, which includes an update on current conditions in the industry…

Gold Fields are apparently looking at a bid for Northern Star so maybe that’s going to kick of some takeovers in the sector.

Trump's new Greenland deal sounds suspiciously like a good old Mafia protection racket. 'Nice restaurant/bar/store you got there. Pity if anything happened to it. We can protect you'. Whatever. I see a possible alternative scenario for Amaroq. It's a Canadian based company (red flag for Trump). There's now a veto on non-USA investors. This would presumably prevent fresh Canadian money going in, so let them get the big boys in from south of the border ponying up for expansion. Maybe a lucrative takeover by a USA gold miner? I declare a interest. I bought in August at 106.29p after following this website. I also bought Pan African Resources at 110.45p with a divi of 2.99p coming in December. Both holdings doing well.

Mathieseon you are a wanker, I am not sure what your intention is with your silly comments, they do not shock anyone or cause anyone to think you are some kind of hardman, quite the opposite. With every comment you are ensuring your corporate innings are over, but maybe in your heart of hearts you realise this and you are now just wanting to vent your spleen to get some release for your pent up emotions, I almost feel sorry for you.
