BREAKING: Nightcap in disarray and in breach of AIM Rules as Revolution explains the facts of life & tells it to Foxtrot Oscar

Last week Nightcap (NGHT), the almost insolvent bars chain run by fading Dragon’s Den “star” Sarah Willingham announced that it was hoping to raise £3.5 million at 5p, citing possible M&A activity as well as the need to support “working capital”, i.e. keep the bailiffs at bay. The shares are 3.9p. What La Willingham did NOT announce was that Revolution Bars (RBG) which Nightcap had said it wanted to buy on May 2, had told it to get stuffed as the proposed deal just could not work. Do la Willingham and disgraced Nomad Allenby not give a feck abut AIM Rules on timely disclosure?
Okay so AIM rules are for little people. Not ex TV stars like la Willingham. We get that. I always said that the all share proposal was a non starter and so it has been confirmed but by Revolution only.

NightCap planned placing at 5p – it is taking the piss as it is going bust

The spoof that Nightcap (NGHT) might bid for Revolution Bars (RBG) is not even mentioned by Dragon’s Den “star” Sarah Willingham in today’s statement. That was just an attempt to big up her failing company ahead of a placing needed to stop it going bust next month as it is unable to meet both payroll and the quarterly rent roll. Natch La Willingham is excited. She always is.

BREAKING: Nightcap cash crisis forces brand downgrades

My whistleblower has been on the dog and bone and she says that the news out of Nightcap (NGHT) the bars chain run by narcissist Sarah Willingham of Dragon’s Den infamy is getting worse. As explained here yesterday its spoof about loss making buying bars from Revolution Bars (RBG) has been called out so it now has no pretext for a bailout placing. For the cash position is looking increasingly grim.

Video Exclusive: Sarah Willingham of Nightcap goes bonkers & accuses "obsessive" Tom Winnifrith of spreading fake news

Several of the countless disgruntled employees at Nightcap (NGHT) have sent me a video recorded by Dragon’s Den’s Sarah Willingham and sent to her staff. She accuses folks, clearly me, of being jealous of her success and spreading “fake news” about her and her company. I am afraid, with the shares at new record lows and the company facing a financial crisis within weeks, La Willingham has just lost the plot. The video is weird…

Letter to AIM Regulation: Nightcap and breach of AIM Rule 11

As the United Kingdom slowly sinks into a cesspit of sleaze, corruption, fraud and lies I hold no hope whatsoever that the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation will do anything about companies that break its own rules and so deceive investors. But I have written to the Oxymorons anyway about Sarah Willingham’s Nightcap (NGHT) urging action NOW and certainly before it goes bust in June.

Letter to AIM Regulation: It must act against Nightcap NOW

Over the weekend I exposed some true bombshells about AIM listed Nightcap (NGHT) led by Dragon’s Den “star” Sarah Willingham. The company and its hapless adviser Nomad Allenby has yet to respond either via an RNS or directly to me. The whistleblower who is my source says they have more to come and so serious are the matters raised that silence is just not an option. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation

BOMBSHELL: Nightcap bosses led by Dragon's Den Sarah Willingham skied with £15 an hour staff money, company has hid missing Christmas forecasts

This is devastating and raises questions not only about corporate governance as Nightcap (NGHT) the AIM listed bars chain run by Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham but also about its financial viability, it will run out of cash by March. A whistleblower has come forward and they have served up a string of dynamite exposes making this company uninvestable.

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.

I cannot see how TerpenTech can “pay” this time. Last occasion, if i understand right, it was by issuing shares, but given the percentage that Eden now hold, i cannot see this wheeze working this time round…
