Having warned in July of “delays in deal roll-outs affecting revenue growth”, NetDimensions (NETD) has now announced results for the first half of 2016…
“NetDimensions (NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to provide a trading update for the six months ended June 30, 2016”. The shares are currently more than 25% lower, at 43.5p, on the back of it. Hmmm…
Correction: NetDimension is not formally one of the ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty. Apologies are therefore due to the company. Not that it is any great excuse, AIM itself states that NetDimensions' main country of operations is China (see HERE), and the FY14 Annual Report states that its principal place of business is Hong Kong - hence the confusion. NetDimensions states in its FY14 Annual Report that has operations North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and China and thus is by no means a pure an AIM-China play. My apologies to all. That said....
I had to laugh out loud when I read this morning’s RNS Reach from AIM-listed NetDimensions (NETD). It is normally a pretty bad sign when a company announces that it has won some sort of spurious award, but this really takes the biscuit. You see, it is not even NetDimensions that has won it: it is one of its clients! The update is the figures from the balance sheet - far, far worse than my first reading.
Steve Moore and I have followed NetDimensions (NETD) for a while although it is not a current share tip - we banked profits. Anyhow, here is a video of its presentation from the UK Investor Show 2015
Performance, knowledge and learning management technology company, NetDimensions (NETD) has announced results for the first half of the 2014 calendar year and that it is “confident” looking forward. With the shares still though comfortably below the 78.5p reached earlier this year, what is the current value proposition here?
NetDimensions (NETD) is a performance, knowledge and learning management technology company that was followed on the Nifty Fifty website before its decision to increase its cost base in a “substantial… multi-year plan” saw gains banked. The shares would rise further – but, having reached 78.5p earlier this year, the following updates with them currently at 66p.
Having updated that in 2013 it enjoyed “a particularly strong performance in the second half with both sales revenue and invoiced sales growing by more than 20% from the second half of 2012” and that “the full year loss before interest and certain non-cash items will likely be substantially lower than current market expectations”, shares in NetDimensions (NETD) currently trade 21.5% higher on the day at 73.5p. But is the valuation sane?
NetDimensions (NETD), a tech company supplying the apparently ‘sexy’ area of ‘talent management’, has updated “that we are delivering to plan”. This comes in a business update revealing the addition of 18 new clients in the quarter to end September and the commencement of the establishment of a new Danish entity to serve the Nordics market. With the shares up to a current 62p, capitalising the company at £23.5 million ($38 million), on the back of the announcement, is there value here?
AIM listed software play NetDimensions (NETD) has published its interim numbers today prompting bullish comments from two leading brokers. Panmure Gordon leads the charge, increasing its target price for the shares (at 62p) from 125p to 132p.
AIM-listed “global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems”, NetDimensions (NETD) has announced that for its half year to 30th June 2013 “GAAP revenue is in line with management expectations for the period and the adjusted loss before tax will be smaller than forecast”. However, this is on forecasts reduced downwards – in the case of earnings materially – following a May announcement of a 5 year plan from the company post a $6 million placing of new shares...
Following its recent $6 million placing at 38p NetDimensions (NETD) announced a detailed five year plan. The company is nothing if not ambitious and says that it aims to be a leading provider of talent and related compliance management solutions for highly regulated industries.
Following a $6 million placing and an investor presentation last week tech play NetDimensions (NETD) has attracted some supportive broker comment helping lift the shares to 50p which leaves the firm capitalised at £19 million.
