Describing itself as “a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials”, Nanoco Group (NANO) headlined 20th April-announced results for its half year ended 31st January 2026 “Focused on maximising value”. The shares rose further above 5p in response and more recently exceeded 7p before an announcement of something “the board has decided” now sees the shares down to around 3p – “focused on maximising value”, hey?
Nanoco Group (NANO) has announced details of what it describes as a “remarkable” outcome litigation settlement. So what of the shares currently responding to 27p, more than 26% lower?!
