Kefi Gold & Copper – pleased to announce” 2024 financial results. Why pleased?

Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) states that it “is pleased to announce its audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024”, in which its key focus has been on progressing to development of the Tulu Kapi project in Ethiopia. It states that it is “now very close to completing this process”, but the financial management here has been far from ‘pleasing’ for shareholders.

I Cannot Recommend A Purchase, Harry Adams you, your board and your advisors are an effing disgrace

I said that I would not write about Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) again but I do so in sheer anger at Harry Adams, his wanker of a COO who will get a cash bonus of £300,000 just for doing his job for £300,000 and the company’s parasite advisors. The cash to fund corporate largesse will come from yet another placing announced today. Just like WW1 was the war to end all wars, the previous £10.6 million placing just six months ago was meant to be the last one, the placing to end all placings.

Kefi Gold & Copper – co-lender approval formally ratified by Ethiopian Parliament, another step towards Tulu Kapi project financing major catalyst

Steve Moore writes: Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), after some prompting, is now also “pleased to report” that the Ethiopian Parliament has formally ratified ‘Ethiopian Country Membership’ for Africa Finance Corporation. This is significant for Kefi as Africa Finance Corporation is a prospective co-lender for its Tulu Kapi gold project and the membership was a critical condition precedent for its participation. So what does this latest mean for the Tulu Kapi project financing process?

Video: Convicted Felon: Kefi at 0.53p is a 20 bagger!

Of course, Lord Ashbourne, a man who increasingly resembles your local Green Party candidate for council, and whose days of giving a plebian Policeman a dam good thrashing after a spot of drink driving are behind him, is paid, by Edison, to be bullish about its clients. But the villainous aristocrat is not a total idiot and his numbers on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) are not plucked from thin air. See what you think about his 10.6p longer term target. Enjoy

Kefi Video: What does there or Therabouts mean?

Investment hooker Proactive has recorded a video with Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). In terms of getting Tulu Kapi underway Adams repeatedly says they are "there or thereabouts." How do you define that? Enjoy.

Kefi Gold & Copper – exploration licence tender win further enhances potential value from Saudi Arabia

Steve Moore writes: Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) has announced that its, currently 15%-owned, joint venture in Saudi Arabia is a 50:50 part of the winning tender for the 910km2 Al Hajar North Exploration Licence after being “selected from 18 multi-billion-dollar groups that participated in the tenders for five mineralised belts”. This should bode further well for the end-result of Kefi “currently engaging with a number of parties with a view… to potentially replace Kefi’s position” in the company’s overall Saudi Arabia joint venture.

Kefi Gold & Copper – Tulu Kapi project financing “progressing well”, Strong Buy

Steve Moore writes: Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) has issued a Tulu Kapi project financing update, commencing that it “is pleased to report that approvals and other preparations are progressing well towards an all-parties signing of the Tulu Kapi Gold Project financing and the launch of Major Works… Definitive Agreements being assembled by 31 March 2025”. That will be a major catalyst from a current 0.525p share price, just over £40 million market cap!
