A further step towards a “first modern mine development in Ethiopia”…

KEFI Minerals (KEFI) “is pleased to announce that it has selected its preferred project infrastructure finance proposal for the company's Tulu Kapi gold project, being a bank loan based proposal recently received from two leading African banks as underwriters and co-lenders” – and the shares have responded circa 30% higher on the day, to around 1.65p…

KEFI Minerals – financial and Tulu Kapi gold project updates… shares soar again; stance upgraded - target 6p

Updating on KEFI Minerals (KEFI) towards the end of last week we noted the shares soaring back above 1p as it was Government arrangements resolved, Tulu Kapi project development looks ahoy. It is thus not surprising that the company “has received notice from its existing working capital providers to convert the remaining outstanding amount of £657,500 under the loan note issued on 5 August 2019 into new KEFI ordinary shares… at a price 0.68 pence per share”. However…

KEFI Minerals – government arrangements resolved, Tulu Kapi project development full steam ahead BUY

Previously updating on KEFI Minerals (KEFI), with the shares at 0.72p we stated it was somewhat understandable that the Ethiopian Government is taking time to finalise how it manages its project shareholding but positive signs for a near-term catalyst so BUY. now we have a “Project Administrative Arrangements Resolved” announcement – and the shares have raced ahead to 1.02p-1.14p. You should have followed our advice but it is not too late!

KEFI Minerals – “First Hawiah drill hole hits massive sulphides”, Buy…

KEFI Minerals (KEFI) has announced a first drill hole at the Hawiah target “has intercepted a 15.8 metre interval (true width estimated at 8 metres) of massive sulphide at a vertical depth of 125 metres”, with Executive Chairman Harry Adams adding it “confirms our exploration model and reinforces our confidence in the area's high prospectivity for gold and copper”…

I would love to provide my real name, Paul, but I would hate to disrupt your busy schedule by occupying your mind with something different. Have you arranged a date and time for your interview under caution with North Wales Police, or are you hoping that they will accept your unhinged internet rants as a formal statement?

As the share price of Kefi continues to drift, 0.68p at one point today before closing at 0.7p.It is clear the market and buyers do not trust Harry as far as they could throw him, if they could even lift him.I am still a holder but in my doom laden state about Kefi and the markets and the country. I wonder if instead of 1p by Christmas they are not 0.5p by Christmas.Looking on the brightside, it was a lovely day today in Sunny Kent.

All the chart shows is how stupid G.Brown was to sell the nations gold. If the gold price were to drop by 50% from here would many people feel they were 100% richer because they could buy more gold with their salaries?GDP per head in fiat adjusted for RPI might be a better chart in the last 8 years the UK GDP per head has gone nowhere.(If I have read the ons chart correctly though it probably is CPI adjusted, or bullshit inflation)Born in 1971. I feel as a family and as an individual we have got wealthier. From a small cottage with no central heating and a very old car and no telephone. My parents now have a 3 bedroom detached bungalow, in Norfolk. My dad in his 80s and my mum not far behind. Central heating a home phone a newish car, they still save up for everything they need even though their three sons suggest spending their own money on themselves. The three sons, all home owners heading towards retirement. Financially I feel better off. With a house in the South East and a SIPP and ISAs currently I am a millionaire, subject to the upcoming mega crash everyone is predicting.I feel I am better off than my parents and better off than my grandparents.Though like my parents, I like to save for everything, i find myself wanting to help my children as well. I do not know if they will feel better off than my wife and I when they are in their mid 50s.Probably not, as like my wife they are both spenders and borrowers. Not savers and investors. Though they will have travelled more than I and been to more concerts.I really must start spending my money.
