iEnergizer – following former non-executive directors “stepping down… to pursue other business interests” earlier this month, now proposed stock market delisting!

Earlier this month iEnergizer (IBPO) announced, with Christopher de Putron and Mark De La Rue “stepping down… to pursue other business interests”, the appointments of Nicholas Saul and Elizabeth Powell as Independent Non-Executive directors with immediate effect. Non-Executive Chairman Marc Vassanelli stated that the board “look forward to benefitting from their operational experience and insights. These appointments further strengthen the team as we continue in our efforts to deliver world-class service and business process excellence”. And today… proposed stock market delisting!

I looked up 2 boroughs in London and the numbers are absolutely terrifyingIn Ealing, which I would not associate with vast numbers claiming benefits, it is > £1.1bn. Flippin' heck! Maybe most of the claimants live near LHR, like Southall and Hanwell?Where I live, in Camden, it is paying out ‘only’ £657m!This is nuts!
