Data analysis and automation software and services company Glantus Holdings (GLAN) is “pleased to announce… a recommended all cash offer… for each Glantus share £0.3342… a premium of approximately: 197% to Glantus' closing price of £0.1125 on 4 July 2023 (being the last business day prior to the publication of possible offer announcement on 5 July 2023)… 67% to Glantus' closing price of £0.2000 on 11 August”. Very good news for shareholders then?

‘Data for automation, visualisation and advanced analytics for Accounts Payable’ software company Glantus Holdings (GLAN) states that it “is pleased to announce its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2022” and that “the ongoing relocation of the AP audit function of the business to Costa Rica is expected to deliver more productive and technology-led automated audits”. So what of a current below 13p share price, down more than 60%?!

ECOB reminds me of OPTI (although the scale of announcements are far greater and have actual numbers attached). I've viewed both businesses as having a interesting product and plausible business model but neither have actually delivered on that.How is ECOB picking up these contracts? They are so diverse, both geographically and it terms of languages spoken etc - where is the common thread that enables them to deliver these? It doesn't strike me that they would likely have a expansive international sales operation.I'd be a lot more comfortable if they were getting more projects off ground in Albania and the wider Balkan region as they would be able to technically and operationally serve such projects much more easily and really prove out the product.
