Hello Share Noshers. Whenever I’m made to watch the Great British Bake-off (by my teenage daughter, who’s a great fan) I feel desperately hungry. Which is a bit of a worry for me because, as you’ve probably noticed, many of the competitive cakes on this show can sometimes be made from things which may put on unwelcome weight.
The show demonstrates that British people are very keen on cakes.

ECOB reminds me of OPTI (although the scale of announcements are far greater and have actual numbers attached). I've viewed both businesses as having a interesting product and plausible business model but neither have actually delivered on that.How is ECOB picking up these contracts? They are so diverse, both geographically and it terms of languages spoken etc - where is the common thread that enables them to deliver these? It doesn't strike me that they would likely have a expansive international sales operation.I'd be a lot more comfortable if they were getting more projects off ground in Albania and the wider Balkan region as they would be able to technically and operationally serve such projects much more easily and really prove out the product.
