Eagle Eye Solutions – “trading ahead of recently upgraded market expectations”, but what about compared to the prior year’s performance?…

Describing itself as “an AI-powered loyalty and promotions platform enabling the world’s leading consumer facing brands to deliver personalised customer engagement at scale”, Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) has issued its “FY26 Trading Update” headlined “Trading ahead of recently upgraded market expectations. Strong ARR growth of 31%, growing customer wins and OEM progress underpin positive outlook”. How positive is its performance relative to a currently up to 500p share price, above £150 million market capitalisation?

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – acquisition which is “expected to be immediately earnings per share enhancing”, but how materially so?…

Describing itself as ‘a leading SaaS and AI consumer marketing technology company’, Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) now “is pleased to announce the acquisition of Promotional Payments Solutions Limited”. What about currently a just above 200p share price in response, still down from above 350p at the end of last month?

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – “pleased to announce” interims. Er, what about the ‘lower than hoped’ performance?…

‘Loyalty and promotions’ technology group Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) states that it “is pleased to announce its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2024” and its headline is “Growth in SaaS revenue and ARR, combined with H2 wins and partnerships provide positive outlook”. So why does the share price, although slightly up to back above 375p, still compare to a start of 2025 above 480p?

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – “comfortably ahead of management expectations”… but what does that mean financially?...

Marketing technology group Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) has announced “revenue growth of 35% in Q1 versus the prior year, an increase from the Q4 FY21 growth of 27%. As a result, the board now expects adjusted EBITDA for the full year ending 30 June 2022 to be comfortably ahead of management expectations”... and the shares have currently responded circa 5% higher towards 600p. How does the valuation look?...

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – argues “good financial performance… Strong cash performance”. Er...

Self-styled “a leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing through coupons, loyalty, apps, subscriptions and gift services”, Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) has made a trading update emphasising “a good financial performance… Strong cash performance, ahead of market expectations… With a growing customer base and record sales pipeline the board looks to the future with increased confidence”. What does it all mean financially though?...

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – how “strong” really is the trading performance?

A “Trading Update” for its year ended 30th June from self-styled “leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing”, Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) emphasising “Strong trading performance, successful international expansion and continued innovation combined with business resilience” – and the shares currently at 190p, 12% higher...

EYE

Eagle Eye Solutions – “delighted” on H1 & growth expected to continue into H2… but what about that cash burn?

Eagle Eye Solutions (EYE) has updated on trading including “we are delighted to confirm a strong first half of the year, delivering significant revenue growth and expansion of the customer base, including the addition of Waitrose and Burger King” and “the growth in revenues and volumes is expected to continue into H2”. The shares have not responded excitedly though – currently unchanged at 172.5p…

$5/6M per oz not on the cards just now? AMRQ, why not tell your intelligent followers to sell and buy back from 120+? I'll not bother with KEFI, you have been played by Arry for too long. Good luck with olive harvest, it is a good year to boot!
