Dominic White and Martin Groak fraud Sifal Limited - the silent winding down of the business continues, look at Bella's website FFS!

At Companies House, the front page for Sifal (formerly Dispensa Group (DISP) a former Dominic White main market listed entity, now states that the accounts for the 16 month period ended 31 December 2023 due on 30 June 2024 are overdue. Dominic White quit as a Director on 6 May 2024 to try and distance himself from this train wreck of a company, a company whose whole IPO was a demonstrable fraud fire which White and Martin Groak should be in jail..

DISP

BREAKING: Sifal (Dispensa and Zamaz as was) is it goodnight Vienna for this multi million pound fraud?

No, we still do not have accounts for September 1 2022 to December 31 2023 for Sifal, Dispensa (DISP) or Zamaz (ZAMZ) the now delisted fraud created by Dominic White and Martin Groak. I bet we never will as they would show the clear multi million pound fraud that took place on the Standard list. Yet, amazingly, Zamaz bonds are still listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. For now.

DISP

BREAKING: The Fraud Sifal Limited (formerly Dispensa and Zamaz) – now fighting winding up order

Sifal still hasn’t filed its accounts for the sixteen months to 31 December 2023 which were due on 30 June 2023. That means that throughout the stockmarket career of Zamaz which became Dispensa not a day of its history has seen a public audit. The rogues who floated this and engaged in criminal prospectus fraud, as I showed with documentary evidence HERE, are still at large operating on AIM and Aquis.

DISP

BOMBSHELL: Document showing the prospectus fraud, RNS lies and almost certain money laundering at Dispensa

GOTCHA! Last week I published a document, a secret side letter, which made the IPO prospectus of Zamaz which became Dispensa (DISP) a fraud. In essence Zamaz bosses Martin Groak and Dominic White pledged to repay £3.2 million (the entire IPO) proceeds to death spiral provider Atlas if it could not dump c33 million shares. Now I have another document, c/o Winnieaks, and if the FCA does not act on this to send Groak and White to jail we might as well all give up.

DISP

BREAKING EXPOSE: Proof that Atlas Capital enabled Dominic White’s Dispensa to commit a £1.6m prospectus fraud

Oh dear. Oh dear. As disgraced ex tipster Mike Walters would say as yet another one of his disastrous share tips turned out to be a complete fraud. Winnileaks has been sent the letter you can see below, signed by Martin Groak, the chairman of Zamaz, which became Dispensa (DISP) proving that his company committed a £1.6 million prospectus fraud.

DISP

Breaking: Dispensa and the list of unpaid bills, what does this say about other Zamboni/White companies?

Dispensa (DISP) shares have now been delisted from the Standard List meaning that, following a sneaky year end change, in 19 months as a listed company there are no audited accounts covering any of that period. Nor, I bet will there ever be. This is a clear warning for investors in the remaining companies from the Dominic White/Alessandro Zamboni/Carrado Coen gang: Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Eight Capital Partners (ECP), Regtech Open (RTOP) and Max ret Ventures (MAX). Let’s talk unpaid bills.

DISP

Has Dispensa and Dominic White broken the 2006 Companies Act? Does the FCA care?

Shares in Dominic White run sham Dispensa (DISP) continue to trade on the Standard List until they are delisted on the 18th. This is despite the resignation of its advisor VSA Capital (VSA) and auditor Moore Kingston Smith and despite Dispensa lying about why the auditor quit. Now I ask the useless FCA, which is meant to regulate the Standard List, does it care if the 2006 Companies Act has been breached?

DISP

VINDICATION! GOTCHA! Dispensa auditor quits, VSA Capital quits, company to delist, FCA humiliated again

Natch, Dispensa (DISP) being bent shysters did not mention that Andrew Monk’s VSA Capital (VSA), where I am an unwitting shareholder, had quit but its name was NOT on today’s release and the word on the street is that VSA quit on Friday. I have reached out to the most famous son of Oriel College Oxford but he has declined to confirm. But following my shocking exposes last week HERE and, especially HERE where Carrado Coen became involved, Monkey just had no choice but well done to him anyway for biting the bullet. Gotcha!

DISP

BOOM! GOTCHA! Dispensa, as shares collapse: more exposes of accounting high jinks, when will the rats start to jump, 3 questions for the FRC to ponder!

My shocking expose of Dispensa (DISP), the crock formerly known as Zamaz, where I’ve been a perma bear since its September 2 2022 IPO at 11p seems to have somebody panicking. The shares have today crashed by 42% to just 0.95p. Which will be the next rat to jump as there is far worse to come. I shall kick off with a couple of questions for those such as PR goons Walbrook and VSA Capital, where I am unwitting shareholder, to consider as they ponder how much more reputational damage they can tolerate.

DISP

KERBOOM: Eight Capital Partners and Dispensa: back to Palermo FC, how on earth are advisors Cairn and VSA allowing this farce to continue?

In the old days, owners of a British football club had to pass a “fit and proper test”. Some right old wrong’uns passed the test including the bouncing Czech Robert Maxwell, Putin’s buddy Roman Abramovich and those dodgy geezers from Iceland who, for a while owned the mighty Hammers. In theory the same sort of principles apply to companies listing on Aquis or the Standard List regulated, no sniggering at the back, by the FCA. But do they?

DISP

Andrew Monk Disgrace Dispensa: will it (again) restate its interims before insolvency?

Dispensa (DISP) the Sub Standard list POS formerly known as Zamaz, a company created by Dominic White of the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) infamy is in serious trouble. The only question now is when the end will come and why. This company listed at 11p, a £77million market cap in September 2022. I explicitly warned that it was a sham but the FCA knew better and allowed the listing to go ahead. The shares are now just 1.625p and my target is 0p.

DISP

Letter to the FCA re Dispensa on the Sub Standard List

Maybe rules apply only to little people and not to companies which retain as their adviser someone whose legendary modesty sees him mentioning almost every day that he attended Oriel College Oxford. I have written to the FCA about Sub Standard listed Dispensa (DISP), ccing in its adviser, pompous and conceited, Andrew Monk of VSA Capital.

DISP

EXPOSE: Dispensa Interims, a string of accounting howlers, the end game will be 0p

Yesterday, Dispensa (DISP), the Standard listed joke formerly known as Zamaz (ZAMZ), a company only Andrew Monk of VSA Capital (VSA) seems prepared to act for, served up its second set of interim results, covering the six months ended 31 August 2023. As you’d expect with a Monk client and a company controlled by Dominic White of the Supply@ME Capital (SYME) fraud infamy, the numbers are a joke and riddled with schoolboy errors. Does Monk care any more about attaching his name to such piffle and associating himself with such low life? Or is he just completely desperate for any business he can get?

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.
