Describing itself as “a global leader in LED lighting for heavy industrial applications”, Dialight (DIA) has issued a “Trading Statement” including that it “now expects to significantly exceed the market expectation for adjusted operating profit for the year ending 31 March 2026”. What about a current share price response only 2.5% higher to 248p?
Describing itself as “a global leader in LED lighting for heavy industrial applications”, Dialight (DIA) has issued a trading statement for the first five months of its year ending 31st March 2026 including emphasising that it “remains confident of meeting current market expectation”. So what of a share price response currently 6.5% lower towards 200p?
Most recently writing on industrial LED lighting company Dialight (DIA), in November with the shares falling back towards 120p I questioned whether its stated confidence would be sufficient for the balance sheet position and concluded to still avoid/sell. The shares most recently closed at just above 90p but what of them currently back up towards 120p today following a trading statement?
Since I previously wrote on self-described “a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications”, Dialight plc (DIA) earlier this month with the shares then falling to 120p, the shares had risen to most recently close at 130p. But what of them currently back towards 120p today on half-year results?
Just a week ago self-described “a global leader in LED lighting for heavy industrial applications”, Dialight (DIA) stated that it “confirms that its half-year results for the period 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024 will be published on Monday 11 November 2024 and that its underlying trading performance for the period was in line with management's expectations”. So, with it now Monday 11th November, what of the results detail?
Industrial LED lighting company Dialight (DIA) has issued a “Sanmina Litigation”-titled announcement having “reviewed the jury verdict and judicial rulings”. What about the shares currently down to 173p in response?
Describing itself as “global leader in LED lighting for heavy industrial applications”, Dialight (DIA) has issued an “Update Announcement” and the shares have currently responded approaching 6% higher to 200p. Does that look warranted?
