While Crazy Meg from Bloomberg tries to convince her editors that after years of exposing fraud at Chill Brands (CHLL) in the face of threats to myself and my family, I am now being nice to it just because its CEO spent 99 quid on a ticket to Sharestock last year, I have written today to the FCA about the company. This is only the latest in an unswervingly long line of acts of bearishness on my part. The FCA should be forcing Chill to come clean on just how big a financial mess it is now in.
Crazy Meg at Bloomberg reckons that Chill Brands’ (CHLL) CEO buying a ticket to Sharestock 2025 means that having exposed his company in hundreds of articles and podcasts and received threats to me and my family from hired goons as a result and having seen the shares collapse, as predicted, from 72p to 0.65p I am now “bought off” for 99 quid and am being nice about the shares. That she says, is rumoured to be my business model. Cripes! Write hundreds of articles and earn 99 quid, I'd better not spend it all at once. Oh Crazy Meg: when have I ever been nice about Chill’s shares and a company that sneaks out changed year end accounts at 6.30 PM on a Friday night is not one inspiring confidence. Crazy Meg better look away now.
The dog is still eating the auditors homework so we still do not have audited accounts for the year to March 31 2024 from Chill Brands (CHLL) let alone the following interims. But progress is being made and thanks to Jonathan “kiss of death” Swann it looks as if Chill can hoodwink the auditors that it is a going concern and so we should have numbers out in May. That is the good news.
The shares remain suspended at 2.15p as the accounts for Chill Brands (CHLL) for the year to March 31 2024 are still not out. The company is running on vapours ( geddit?) and the UK government is banning disposable vapes from July so meaning that customers are just not re-ordering any product so making the cash crisis even worse. The financial support of Johnny Swann who has made the creation of a small fortune by investing a large one in the worst companies listed in London into an art form is a kiss of death. But now comes another from Manchester Metropolitan University.
A few of you did not read the rules and tipped as sells stocks such as Chill Brands (CHILL) which will collapse but are suspended. Steve, being a nice guy, will allow you to put in a second choice in the comments section below the original article HERE but you must do so today. And he will use today’s closing price for that part of your entry. You have until 6.59 AM tomorrow to resubmit. Incidentally…
This is taking the piss. The last time we knew Chill Brands’ (CHLL) cash position was at 30 September 2023. Here we are more than 14 months later and despite a statement today it still will not tell us. Surely it knows the number but its failure to report it tells you that it is essentially bugger all. The statement is grim and further vindication for those of us who faced criminal harassment for daring to expose this scam.
