Cerillion – after I wrote in June ‘is it really “on track to deliver FY26 financial targets”?’… “it is now apparent to the board that the year’s outturn will be behind consensus market forecasts”!
Most recently on ‘billing, charging and customer relationship management software’ company Cerillion (CER), at the start of June with the shares falling below 1400p I wrote ‘interims, is it really “on track to deliver FY26 financial targets”?’ concluding that with ‘macro environment volatility, I suggest it’s good luck with the second half playing out exactly as hoped and that the prospective earnings multiple even on that means precious little valuation margin of safety. As such, at least ahead of a further trading update, I retain prior caution and still a sell’. The shares most recently closed at 885p and what of now a “Full Year Trading Update”… and the shares currently falling below 800p?
