David Beckham's Cellular Goods – it’s a “partnership” spoof

The David Beckham backed POS Cellular Goods (CBX) has still refused to explain why it has given away 16% of its equity to a crony mate of its founders Bixby & Edwards (who have since IPO dumped all their shares) for a start up in the seaweed to net zero space with no business. And so as it hurtles towards running out of cash by Christmas, it is trying to spoof investors to allow the spivs at Novum to get a bailout placing away. Today there is an obvious spoof.

The Shareholder Action Group, a sign it is almost game over – ref Cellular Goods

I do not know why I have bothered interacting with someone claiming to represent shareholders mugged by Cellular Goods (CBX)? @CBXFuture. I guess I am a nice guy,. in even giving this chap the time of day as he is a long-term shareholder who raves about the products which do not sell. He is going through one of the penultimate stages of grief as a share price collapses.

David Beckham backed Cellular Goods – another related party red flag vicar?

Last week I discussed how the purchase by Cellular Goods (CBX) of start up Singapore based seaweed to net carbon zero POS company King Tide Carbon PTE. I showed how the transaction made no strategic sense and will accelerate the already disastrous cash burn ensuring that the Fat Lady is gigging well before Santa rewards all the good little boys and girls while handing lumps of coal to the directors and promoters of Cellular. But it gets worse, far worse.

Cellular Goods – shocking interims – guess when the cash runs out?

David Beckham backed disastrous CBD play Cellular Goods (CBX) has today served up truly disastrous inters which – whatever the oafs in charge insist – indicates very clearly that the company will run out of money. The level of delusion is just mind numbing. Take this comment on sales since the February 28 half year end:

David Beckham’s Cellular Goods Merger off – its now a full on cash crisis

The proposed RTO with Cannary Limited never made sense. Cannary – as fronted on nauseating TV ads with Claudia Winkleman – had a horrible balance sheet with huge liabilities and is burning cash. Cellular Goods (CBX)  has cash ( £4.37 million at August 31) but spunked it at £500,000 a month last year. So this proposed deal was like two drunks propping each other up. But now the transaction announced on 26 September is OFF. What next?

Durban Holdings & David Beckham promoted Cellular Goods – why Bixby & Edwards are still making profits dumping stock at 0.7p

At the time of the IPO of David Beckham promoted CBD play Cellular Goods (CBX) in late 2021, the chancers Mike Edwards and Jonathan Bixby held 31% of the equity. Today they are at sub 7.7% and are still dumping. Soon they will be out. But with the IPO at 5p why are they selling at 0.7p and lower? Some, it appears, are more equal than others.

CBX

David Beckham’s Cellular Goods – Bixby & Edwards now panic selling ahead of bailout placing/merger with insolvent cash guzzler

Oh boy this is ugly. The CBD play backed by arch LGBTQ hypocrite David Beckham, Cellular Goods (CBX), is rapidly running out of cash and wants to merge with another CBD company with stiff liabilities and which is burning cash faster than star chef (LMFAO) Brooklyn Beckham can burn his cooking. So quite obviously a major fund raising is needed within months to stave off bankruptcy. However…..

As 19,451potential terrorist invade this country, it is OK that is down 40% on last year. The police turn up and escort them to their 3 star hotels with 3 meals a day some pocket money and lawyers and doctors and dentists.I have not looked but imagine their is not a Jew amongst them.Probably very few christians.Though more Muslims to vote Green and Labour and join protests. The police can do nothing but turn a blind eye to the grooming and rape gangs and protests. If you are white and you throw a plastic bottle at the police you can expect 2 years within days of the incident.Such is the UK, the political elite are building.

My answer is that it is not necessary to consider hypothetical questions merely to know a little history. But folks on the left rarely know history other than the history of colonialism and white oppression learned in Black History Month. The Roman Empire did not borrow money, for a while it engaged in fiscal prudence spending what it could raise via taxes both on its own lands and on those that it colonised. But the demand for panes et circuses grew, the ancient equivalent of the welfare state and the BBC and worse still the costs of supporting a bloated military grew and eventually Rome engaged in MMT, it printed money or rather cut and cut the amount of silver in each coin. It worked for a while but then as folks realised that more coins chasing the same amount of hard assets caused inflation. And that caused societal breakdown as inflation always does as the gap between those with hard assets and wage power and those without grew. As always happens that leads to civil war and or societal breakdown ( see Weimar, 1600s England, etc).Inflation encouraged speculation rather than investment and distorted any idea of making a return on capital via hard work and so the economy floundered. Economic weakness and societal breakdown destroyed the Roman EmpireThat Lucian is why MMT is not just a duff theory but it is something that is proven not to work.

I cannot see how TerpenTech can “pay” this time. Last occasion, if i understand right, it was by issuing shares, but given the percentage that Eden now hold, i cannot see this wheeze working this time round…
