I have been a bear of AIM-listed Barkby Group (BARK….natch) since stumbling across it in December 2021 and made it one of my slam dunk sells for 2022 at 18.5p to sell. Now, having dropped another 5% today, the shares are at a new low of just 3.7p to sell – and I think that is 3.7p too high. It apparently plans to become a REIT, but with a balance sheet worth a minus amount, it is hard to see how it might attract any new investment.
