Describing itself as a “biopharmaceutical group advancing today's therapies to enable healthier lives”, Arecor Therapeutics (AREC) has announced a proposed fundraising for “revenue growth across the business, working capital and balance sheet strength with a view toward delivering shareholder value”. What of this from a current 92.5p share price?

Arecor Therapeutics – less than a month after ‘going concern on base case with mitigations’, already “working capital requirements have accelerated”. Uh oh!…

Arecor Therapeutics (AREC) has issued a “Trading and Funding Update” announcement including that it “currently expects that revenue for 2024 remains in line with consensus market expectations” and that it “is examining potential cost mitigation in the near term”. So what of a current approaching 20% lower share price response to 127.5p?

Jonathon there is no poverty today in the uk, I am always surprised to read your posts when you are obviously well off but you think you know what poverty is, I know from experience what poverty is having experienced it in the 1960s, I blamed myself and did something about it and that is always possible in the UK. I have been to African countries and Bangladesh and seen real poverty but in these countries whats keeping people in poverty is the corruption of the criminal leaders of these countries who keep the poverty stricken down in their place and our socialist government who are hell bent on sending them aid most of which ends up in the pockets of politicians.
