Tom, have you been to Israel? It's obviously not necessary to have visited to have a view about Israel. I'm just curious about the back story of your support. I declare an interest, my partner is Jewish and I have been there many times and also have done business there. My partner's family hold very conflicting views about Bibi.
Suggest not taking this too seriously. Tom clearly has history with these 'ladies' and there may be other correspondence we have not seen. I smell a hoax!
Who knows where the gold price will be if and when Kefi start to produce gold. My concern is that if you go back through the RNS over the past years things never seem to work out as forecast. If each stage of the relaunch has to be completed before the next can start, which was my reading, progress will make snails look fast.I would like to see documented proof of the loan terms and drawdown conditions. If I recall correctly Tom did write to Harry about this with no reply. Afraid that I did have dealings with African banks on behalf of clients in the past and my rule was that if you shake hands on a deal count your fingers afterwards. The £5.7m bank fee in the interim cash flow still concerns me, what was this for. Western banks add fees on drawdown, advance fees make me nervous. I would not buy until the main contractors are back on site and the loan monies are in the bank even if this means paying more.
The bear case at Kefi is a lot stronger than many want to admit, especially as the bull case is essentially that this time Charlie Brown finally gets to kick the football. But since the gold price is irrelevant to the bear case, speculating that gold might go to $1150 is incredibly silly. Particularly when at the time of writing gold is back above $4000 again.
Very well written. The bear case here is certainly stronger than the bull case, and I say this as a shareholder. The collapsing price of gold worries me despite the buying of central banks. There have been too many people ramping gold in the same way that happened with BTC. Anyway I will just sit and wait there's nothing I can say or do to make a difference.
3. The gold price is falling from a high of $5327 to below $4000 next stop $1150? This has to be one of the worst articles ever published on this site.
Thank you, and may I congratulate your on your appointment announced today to the board of UJO as chair of the renumeration committee. You own expertise will be invaluable.
