His punishment, someone complained and his account has been suspended. In a story first reported by the Law Gazette but subsequently claimed as an “exclusive” by both the Mail and City AM, it seems that an arrest warrant has now been issued by Mr Justice Kerr in the High Court for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer MBE. This follows on the from the case first reported here on Monday,in full with the actual judgement, which took place on 26 January when Kerr imposed a suspended 6 month sentence but demanded that Meyer provide documents to Court by 7 February and appear in person on the 14th. She did neither.

On Christmas Eve 2014 while many of us prepared for Midnight Mass and to celebrate the birth of the good Lord Jesus, devout Christian Julie Meyer MBE had other things to do - her second visit in four days to the Ann Summers sex shop. I have been contacted by a man persuaded by Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer MBE to invest £23,000 into her ACE Fund in September 2016. I have in my possession emails sent by Ms Meyer to the investor and it is clear that she told two very blatant lies and has defrauded him. I have urged the individual to take this matter straight to not only the FCA but also to the City of London Police as this is slam dunk fraud.

Indeed Julie. I pointed out to Julie's lawyer that her post on me was defamatory and he said he'd advised her to take it down but, hey ho, it stays up. Oh dear. Oh dear. Losing her Maltese regulatory license yesterday was bad enough for Julie Meyer MBE. Having the HMRC open an investigation on Thursday was also bad. And having Maltese magistrates blast her on Wednesday about her fleeing criminal charges was really bad. Of course you and I know that it went into administration in July 2016. But it gets worse, because until her contract was “terminated” on 28 March 2016 Ms lingerie on expenses was the sole director of Taggstar.

In part one of the review of Julie Meyer's career as an an investor we finished our round-up with Taggstar, a company where Julie "doing the will of God" Meyer MBE was the sole director until 12 April 2017 and which went tits up in June 2017 leaving unpaid bills of £924,340. The report of the liquidator is damning and accuses Julie and Ariadne Capital of fraud and theft.
