‘Digital advertising and technology services’ group Brave Bison (BBSN) announced this morning that it has made a possible all-share offer “formal approach” to digital marketing and communications group The Mission (TMG) and that “Mission shareholders who would be interested in seeing Brave Bison announce a firm offer for Mission are encouraged to contact the board of Mission to express their support for the possible offer”. Mission has though responded that the possible offer has been rejected as it is considered “opportunistic and significantly undervalues the group and its prospects”. So at what level is the possible offer and resultant valuation?Published 315 days ago
Having most recently announced a possible offer proposal of 13.9 shares for each share in Mission Group (TMG) with also a partial cash alternative, Brave Bison (BBSN) has now announced that it “is not willing to advance the possible offer without due diligence or access to key management. As such, Brave Bison confirms that it does not intend to make an offer”, with this with it “disappointed by the lack of engagement from the Mission board”. What of this with Brave Bison’s shares most recently at 2.45p and those of Mission Group currently more than 11% lower at 24p?Published 2364 days ago
I’ve warned earlier this year on RNS Reach ramparoonies which took shares in Brave Bison Group (BBSN) to 3.55p and towards 3p – they previously closing at 1.45p. Now a further RNS Reach; “Brave Bison is now on Snapchat”…

Digital marketing and communications group The Mission (TMG) has announced that, “following consultation with its financial advisers and a period of engagement with certain of its shareholders”, its board has unanimously rejected a revised possible offer of 13.9 Brave Bison (BBSN) shares for each share with a partial cash alternative. What of this with Mission Group shares currently at 28p in response?Published 2525 days ago
Having not been above 1.5p in over a year and previously closed at 0.775p, shares in Brave Bison (BBSN) have soared to a current 3.55p on the back of an announcement entitled “World's 3rd biggest digital media publisher”. I immediately note it’s an RNS Reach announcement though – i.e. non-regulatory and thus is clearly ramptastic…

In May I warned on shares in Brave Bison (BBSN) at 3.55p; shares in loss-maker soar on RNS Reach ramparoonie, with a new broker recently appointed. Hmmm!. They closed yesterday at 1.5p, but are currently again heading towards 3p on the back of another RNS Reach!...

Amongst this morning’s crop of RNS announcements was a TR-1 from AIM-listed Brave Bison (BBSN). I can’t say that I’m an expert on this one, but I do know that Tom Winnifrith and Steve Moore have had some fun with it in the past and that it seems to have been a bit of a cash-guzzler. Steve Moore’s last comment being avoid would perhaps sum it up.

Writing last month on Brave Bison Group (BBSN) it was with the shares having soared on an RNS Reach ramparoonie. Now an AGM Statement…

Previously writing on Brave Bison Group (BBSN), a couple of years ago I concluded negatively with the shares down towards 1.5p as it was gouged by Facebook’s new policies & no warning at the time (why not?!). Today an “AGM Statement” sees the shares currently approaching 8% higher on the day. So what’s the story now?…

Steve Moore touched on Brave Bison’s (BBSN) disappointing profit warning yesterday (HERE) but I feel he could have said more as the timing of yesterday’s announcement is shoddy and needs further investigation as does some of the other recent announcements.

Online ‘social video’ company Brave Bison (BBSN) “is pleased to provide a trading and operational update”. However, it has previously been ‘pleased’, or indeed “delighted”, in announcement ramparoonies (e.g. HERE). Is it different this time?

Shares in previous wrongster Rightster Group, now Brave Bison Group plc (BBSN), currently trade more than 17.5% higher today, at 5p, on the back of a trading update ahead of its results for the first half of 2016, expected to be announced on 31st August. Is it really now recovery ahoy here?

Half-year results saw Brave Bison (BBSN) emphasise “an encouraging start to 2017, bringing us significantly closer to profitability”. Optimism then for a Trading Update today…

In recent times we have seen some crazy rises off of the back of RNS Reach announcements, and the latest in the list is digital media publisher Brave Bison Group (BBSN).

There is news today from Management Resource Systems (MRS) regarding its ousted CEO and from Brave Bison (BBSN) regarding the ousting of its CEO. Both are strange tales but will have very different outcomes. I look at both in detail plus also the similar events at Wandisco (WAND) in this bonus podcast. For some reason I refer to Craig McKenzie in the podcast. I actually mean Ashley McKenzie. And it was a dog kennel not a pig farm. Apologies...Alzheimers kicking in.

I will produce a detailed photo article on my manual labours today on the fields at the Greek Hovel later today but I am rapidly concluding that I am getting a bit old for this manual labour malarky. No doubt six months on a building site over the summer will knock me into shape. In terms of the markets Steve Moore is a nice guy. He needs to learn to be a total bastard like me. I comment on Brave Bison (BBSN) where young Steve was just far too nice - someone at Brave should be doing a per walk. In a similar vein I comment on Milestone Group (MSG). Then it is onto the much ramped Frontera Resources (FRR), ditto China Africa (CAF) and then onto Inmarsat (ISAT) and Avanti Communications (AVN). Oh and I have chatted to Colin Bird of Xtract Resources (XTR).
