Today that deal has collapsed. This is a monstrous scandal and folks should be going to jail

‘X-ray screening and inspection systems’ company Image Scan Holdings (IGE) has issued a “Trading Update” headlined “Strong profit, sustained growth and a platform for further value creation” and what of the shares currently approaching 8% higher at 3.5p in response?
Describing itself as “England’s leading winemaker”, Chapel Down Group (CDGP) has announced a proposed capital raising of up to £6 million for “investment in a new soft pressing facility at the company’s Tenterden winery, together with the additional working capital required to support the increased level of traditional method sparkling production resulting”.
