OPTI

GOTCHA: Optibiotix was forced to restate its accounts by the FRC thanks to the Sheriff of AIM

What folks like Laura “the cover up” Zelenko and crazy Meg Short at Bloomberg will never understand is that I am one of the good guys holding Companies to account. If I hang up my boots to become a goat farmer or when the grim reaper comes to pay a call, more folks will get away with financial crime or dodgy accounting because nobody else seems to raise issues with the regulators and force corrective action. Today I have received the letter below from the Financial Reporting Council regarding Optibiotix (OPTI).

GNIP

GenIP results are terrible, cash crisis imminent and so many red flags including an AIM shamed Tory Lord - target 0p

GenIP (GNIP) listed on the AIM Casino in October 2024 at 39p thanks to a fund raise from the scumbags at Novum ( now part of AlbR).  After half calendar year results out thus morning the shares are just 2.85p. Right from the get go, myself and Liverpool’s greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd, Mr. Evil Banksta, have repeatedly warned this would be a disaster as you can see HERE. This has 0p written all over it and here’s why.

UJO

He "detests" Tom Winnifrith – what is it with David Bramhill and lawyers?

I  am told by a man who was at the EGM/AGM that Union Jack’s (UJO) lawyer at Keystone Law “detests you.” Given Keystone’s role in this sordid matter and my role in ousting and exposing David Bramhill I take that as a compliment. I do not detest the Keystone scumbag, but I despise him for what Craig Howie will be starting to discover today is just how much shareholder money Bramhill spent over the years on lawyers and others to harass, bully and menace shareholders and myself as a journalist.

APTA

Aptamer & Turner Pope: tell me this does not stink?

The big scandal at biotech dog Aptamer (APTA) is how management have been handed options giving them, potentially, 25% of the equity at just 0.1p in a structure agreed when it was doing a placing at 0.6p c/o the scholars and gentlemen at Turner Pope. I outlined why this is grotesque and smells worse that Neill Ricketts' collection of used Gloucester Rugby Club jockstraps HERE. But there is worse.

UJO

Union Jack: A Stern Letter to Craig Howie

David “trougher” Bramhill and his cronies at Union Jack Oil (UJO) may think that I am a loyal supporter of Craig Howie, the man trying to oust them. Au contraire. Of course, I want Howie to win at the AGM and EGM on Monday where I shall be in attendance to hold Bramhill to account. However

APTA

This is why AIM sucks: we are not all in it together at Aptamer

Of course certain batshit crazy reporters at news organisations that cover up their role in a criminal enterprise to harass an investigative journalist exposing fraud think that AIM’s problems are caused by … the investigative journalist. But Aptamer (APTA) has news today which screams at investors to abandon the Casino. By way of background, shares in this “ developer of next-generation synthetic Optimer binders” , whatever that means, are at 0.4p down 62.27% YTD and 99.69% over 5 years since an IPO valuing this crock at £80.7 million. So, shareholders have been raped. On the other hand…

RBD

BREAKING: Reabold writes to Union Jack shareholders as deal faces collapse: I reveal what it is hiding & a blatant lie

Shareholders in Union Jack Oil (UJO) have received begging letters from Reabold Resources (RBD) offering them a chance to chat to the clowns running Reabold and making the case for its crap all paper offer. But it is NOT telling folks the bad news. The letters are grossly misleading. In fact they contain an outright lie. Have advisors and AIM regulation really approved this deception?

To do otherwise breaches the trust system of money. Only believing money received in the future has value, supports the idea of debt and credit. Without debt ( and return on that debt) , capitalism fails. Ability to print money on demand eliminates debt rational ( return) so collapses capitalism by default.

Others have attested that you only need to issue debt (government bonds) if you are running s as current account deficit. You issue the bonds to pay for your expenses EducationHealthBenefitsRoadsDefenceGovernment staff and buildings PoliceFireCoastguards I’m sure there are others. Quangos etc…If you just print money whilst running a deficit you risk a lack of confidence in the currency. MMT has been shown to be a lot of nonsense because the longer you keep spending what you don’t have the higher your deficit climbs. You either have to grow the economy to reduce the debt or reduce what you are spending. Zimbabwe and other third world countries have shown this. You can end up with hyper inflation which does nobody any good and further causes a sovereign monetary and debt crisis. Reduced public spending and/or increased taxes are the only alternatives….Or are they. The Laffer Curve suggests that the lowering of direct taxes fosters higher productivity and in turn increases tax revenues. Just don’t give all the tax cuts to the billionaires or you’ll end up with Trump’s America - and nobody wants that!In conclusion if it was that easy some other bugger would have done it already. Yes… we’re all screwed 😩

I concur. Meanwhile I took one out - not to replace lending, but to simply place on deposit. Cost me a bit initially but then provided a return as interest rates increased. Paid off the balance prior to company closure. Marginal gain, but it was free money ( to the company, but not the taxpayer). Joke system in all respects imv.

The Covid Cash had to be doled out very quickly because the government decided to shut down the economy .Government bureaucracy is incapable of dealing with process in normal times so in a crisis situation the prospects of Hmrc handling anything efficiently would be zero.Hmrc have consistently shown an inability to operate efficiently.Political parties in opposition always talk about the huge savings they will make once they are in office. It will never happen…
