Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
To secure a £220,000 ( pre-tax) payoff for himself, Companies Act 2006 breaking, trougher David Bramhill is recommending that shareholders in Union Jack Oil (UJO) accept an all paper offer from a company whose last accounts came with a material uncertainty warning. This is madness on stilts and if there were any independent NEDs at Union Jack ( there is now just one who is a paid poodle, Zac Philips) the bid would have been rejected at once. Reabold needs 75% of those voting to accept.
