Shame on Roland Cornish and Felicity Geidt of Beaumont Cornish, New World Oil & Gas’ (NEW) nominated advisor. Shame on Stephen Polakoff, Roland Hodder and Chris Einchcomb, New World’s non-executive directors, who comprise the company’s remuneration committee. Above all, shame on Peter Sztyk, Georges Sztyk and Bill Kelleher. Shame on all of you, shame on your wilful lack of disclosure, shame on your disregard for New World’s shareholders and shame on your greed.

Well done, Ben – superb work!
It is not as if Beaumont Cornish has this one isolated case either, is it? Amongst the many other stories of woeful behaviour by this Nomad firm on this fine website is my own modest contribution on Digital Learning Marketplace (DLM) – same Nomad. The chargesheet against BC is, as yet, unanswered:

I wonder how many more of these would be needed before the appearance of said Nomad on any company RNS acts as a red flag?

Bravo, Ben.
Keep ‘em coming.

“At the start of the day, I asked if anyone could name an example of one company giving a $4.8million gift to another company, in which it has no direct interest or ownership?”
Ben….. pick me, pick me, I can answer that one. Peter Landau ex CEO of Range Resources “loaned” $8m of Range’s funds to Frank Timis’s company International Petroleum.
I reckon that is as good a gift as anyone gets.

I wonder whether Sztyk Sr regrets getting his son mixed up with Kelleher yet .
Well done Ben , you are clearly not affraid of hard work and ‘ve got real talent for this .
Woe betide the next company to cross you .
