Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Most recently on ‘concrete-leveling to customers in over 90 countries’ company Somero Enterprises (SOM), in July with the shares falling to around 200p I wrote ‘after just last month “in line with the revised guidance issued in the 24 April 2025 trading update”, now already “performance is expected to fall below the guidance”’, concluding to still avoid. What about now on first half of 2025 results arguing “disciplined focus on operational efficiency and the enduring nature of our long-term growth drivers position us well for recovery as market conditions stabilize”?
