Why mention her ‘pretty face’ at all? Sexist or even heterosexist. As a non-heterosexual, I happen to think the CEO of REM is quite attractive (whereas DL doesn’t tick any boxes at all – in his present form) but I wouldn’t refer to his (KM’s) pretty face in such a casual, condescending tone.

Happy to watch this, very interesting but you really need to sort out how you shoot these videos. Too much back ground noise which makes it sound like no one is listening to your speaker, quite off putting.

Go to you tube , there are other vids shot at other conferences showing Amanda explaining in detail how the industry works out the investment case numbers for each stage of a project ie
explore , discovery , proving up , jorc , PFS , DFS . BSF . pre production , production etc.
The morons , god bless em , think that if you have x million tons of mineral in the ground its worth as much as in each of the following development stages .
Fleece a moron a day , it helps you work rest and play .
