   Something else that worries me: “The shortfall was exaggerated toward the end of the quarter”.

   This suggests current business is worse than the overall quarter described in the RNS.

   Well done on another victory. Although I must take issue with the abuse towards Roger Lawson – he doesn’t deserve such abuse.

   It detracts from the content of your articles to write them in such an aggressive & unpleasant tone, in my opinion.

   Notwithstanding that, well done on flagging the problems at Blinkx. People may not like your style, but you’re getting most of these things right, and have the balls to take on the financial establishment when you find things you don’t like.
   Investors should be thanking you, not villifying you.

   Odd that you wrote this in March April then…

   In the past I could confidently state that I thought the shares would go down. Today my conclusion is a very wishy washy “they could well go up by a good margin”

Re Lawson he was witheringly rude & dishonest about me at UK Investor and then on his blog accused me of making defamatory comments about blinkx’s lawyers (not true) and of not understanding blinkx as he did. I have learned to my cost that what goes around. Roger is now discovering that too.

    You are right about 1 thing…you are a moron.

    When you are battling with PLCs that spend tens of thousands on PRs, IRs, brokers to overpromote and more on lawyers to gag questioning you get nowhere as a nice guy.

    As such when you try o expose this you get nowhere being nice. So I have to be a total bastard to get results and yes, it comes naturally.

    You go try and expose a PLC, get a few lawyers letters and ten win by being a nice guy… see where you get.

    Lawson deserves it . You cant defend a stock in a written style that implies an independent view, whilst secretly owning the stock, and not expect to get pilloried for it !

    its just plain sneaky , and he got outed for it .

    a) trade has fallen off a cliff in 7 weeks ( ref FY statement)

    b) it makes no sense

    C) the shares have utterly collapsed.

    I am not a holder so not a disaster for me but I suspect many folks who do hold will view it as a disastrous day don’t you?

    But those folks post anonymously and have an agenda largely of ramping. I am just a journalist who writes in a brutal style but with a purpose – exposing liars!

    I make this a 13.5% decrease in estimated EBITDA – not the end of the world, and at lower estimations, a 32m profit from the lower band of 37-39m.

    A toxic stock no matter what RNS they put out unfortunately for PIs.

    Buy you’r quite happy to say, “ Perhaps the thickest woman on Fleet Street (Harriet Denys) was right after all and was not just sucking PR cock as she dismissed Edelman’s concerns?”

    I applaud your efforts in trying to expose the wrong doers as every investor should, but you can’t claim the moral high ground when your writing is in the gutter.

    PS. Do you have “issues” with women ?
