Those of you who are true fans of Sherlock Holmes will agree with me that Basil Rathbone was the very best actor to play the role, even if he made his series of great films in the ‘forties. Today’s firm for your delectation is nothing to do with that marvellous thespian except that it bears the same name. Rathbone Brothers (RAT) may not or may not be a name overly familiar to you, but it represents an investment and wealth manager with a consistent record.
