If anyone sees Chris Cleverley about town make sure he reads this. The "spin" from supporters of African Potash (AFPO) is that the events of yesterday are just a matter of bad PR, nothing unusual on the AIM casino and we should just move on. Ben "flip flop" Turney tweets such nonsense. Boy has flip flop lost the plot. African has been seen to have made statements via RNS, as it worked a placing away that were just, by its own admission, untrue. It raised cash on a false prospectus. That is fraud. Its shares must be suspended and its CEO Chris Cleverley deserves to go to prison. And he might just do that. Flip Flop sent out two tweets on this matter yesterday:

Perhaps the two former Members of Parliament and members of the Privy Council being The Right Honourable Lord Peter Hain and the Right Honourable Mark Simmonds could explain the operational difficulties.
They were both appointed as non-executive directors in late 2015 and the missing letter of credit payment has happened on their watch. They are there to earn their fees and are not mere figureheads.

The way this market is conducted and regulated, PR morphs to lies, and visa versa, in this case it looks like down right fraud.
The blase’ nature of corruption now seems endemic, manipulation, deceit ,fraud, lies,, exaggeration, fiddling, fixing, gaming, euphemism of PR promotion, the way to go.
Well exposed Tom, as ever, but we were suspicious of this one from the give go, Cleverley, its all in the name.

Yeah …….send him to prison ……… and not a comfy one like Ford Open . Make sure its Strangeways or the Scrubs where he will “need” a daily shower with the level leader , plenty of lube , and be able to touch his toes . White collar crime is crime …….fact . It aint clever .
Turney aint the solution , so he must be part of the problem nowadays with all this twattering he reportedly does .

Well done, Tom!
Clearly the APRO board need to issue a statement clarifying this whole mess, answering fully those areas of concerns your article highlights. Until then the motives and competence of the companies officers must remain highly questionable.
I was dismayed to read Ben Turney has apparently thrown in with ‘dark side’, I sincerely hope he may once again feel the ‘force’ and return to ShareProphets, as I for one, thoroughly enjoyed his articles and many clever useful insights.
Simple Moving Avarice
AIM Regulation have to act on this one. The misrepresentation in the 6-Jan RNS is clearly deliberate even if (as it is now obvious) it is very carefully worded.
To be honest I am baffled why AFPO is only down 50%-ish. I would have expected it to go straight back to 0.3p. One rather deluded BBM called Friday’s fall a “tree shake”. What are they like, eh?

Would like to congratulate u Tom on this recent observation but it’s what we’ve all clocked, uv just got it out there, your piece the other month made clear the huge red flag regards Afpo and the LOC, and the lack of any maturity of it, for that I congratulate you, I noticed, and also surprised you don’t seem to have mentioned it, that aim seems to have “ all of sudden” started actually booting this sort of fucking unscrupulous shite off the casino, I’m convinced that after 7-8 years iv been on aim that the fucking arseholes that run it have realised they can’t get away with having the dross co’s on its watch any longer, so many co’s have left recently , some of which you ain’t even mentioned RHM being one, which I thought I was on to a good thing, I commend your work Tom, I truly believe without your nouce and commitment to the whole big bag of fucking bollocks that aim brings to folk who try to make a few bob, would simply carry on regardless, this recent actual NON don’t give a fuck attitude which has stained aim from the beginning that the regulators are now doing their job slightly is probably down to you, and you only, and for that I offer my very much family respected blue peter badge. Keep up the good work.

Good morning Tom, sterling work so far in regards to the reporting of AFPO to the FCA this has been a farce from the very beginning and now it seems misleading investors is just another branch to add to AFPOs withering crops.
I notice a post this morning on the LSE BB which I ask you to review, it was posted around 8:15ish and could possibly give another point to consider when discussing further with the FCA around withholding price sensitive information. The bullet points are outlined below, does this not sound a bit convenient that in order to report the RNS on the 22nd that the below points would have had to occur on or around these dates? Surely had they been confirmed earlier then AFPO could be deemed to have withheld price sensitive information, all so they could release the RNS with a small snippet of good news (if you can call it that) in relation to the 50k deal? Thoughts please?
1. Deal is struck for 50k on 21 April
2. Beryl decides to cancel windmill on 21-22 April
3. Zambia customer advises to hold 21-22 April
4. RNS released on 22nd!?!?
