Until today the board of Petroceltic (PCI) has either opposed or refused to endorse the 3p a share offer made by Sunny Hill Ltd, aka 29% shareholder Worldview. Tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of pounds have been spunked on advisers and drawn as boardroom pay while the imbeciles who made Petroceltic what it is today ( effectively bankrupt) denied the inevitable.

As somebody who is short of Petroceltic, I’d like to thank the board. I’ve made a nice 5 figure sum thanks to their utter incompetence.
I should also acknowledge the work of Malcolm Graham-Wood. “I thought that you had to pay at or higher than the price paid in the last year, in this case around 130p, i’m sure a bid at that level would be listened to”. That got the BBMs excited on the 22nd of January. Helped drive the price up from roughly 11p on the 21st to touching 24p at one point on the 22nd.
Here he was again reassuring the BBMs on the 26th of February: “Ain Tsila may be needing more capital which PCI are again endevouring to source but it is surely worth more than the ludicrous and time wasting offer tabled this morning.”
He’s still at it today, hinting of other parties coming forward to save the day. What kind of a man would steal the crisps (just the 1 packet of course) from the mouth of a BBM? A truly despicable sort.

Still some dribbling morons on the LSE Asylum saying Worldview won’t get their way, clearly have no idea what the situation is and what a bond is.

Reinforcing the comments from Bluefrew, reference Mr Malcolm Graham – Wood. Does this Graham – Wood actually believe the utter bull he comes out with or as rumour has it, he’s paid by interested parties to pump and ramp?
Another example of the tosh, Malcolm comes out with:- Re: Caza Oil and Gas ( Thu, 31st March 2016 ). He tells his rapidly impoverished followers the following……
“Readers regularly remind me that I was too bullish on the company and that’s fair enough, but the portfolio is exceptionally well put together in some of the most sought after postcodes in the US and, to be honest, I think that it could still fly.”
Oh right, Malcolm! On the day of this prophesy Caza shares @ 0.65p five days later, shareholders were locked into accepting a miserly offer, post consolidation from Talara Opportunities V, the majority shareholder of Caza, to take the Company private at a cash price of US$0.00481 (about 0.0034 p ). Sellers have been bailing out into the market today @ 0.00285 p bid.
Punters took an almighty hit on this one, foolish enough to believe the bull from ‘ The Oil Man’ that this could “fly”!
In view of a catalogue of some quite bizarre pronouncements, investors ought to ask the question….. “Mr Graham – Wood, are you being paid by companies to ‘favourably analysis their prospects’?”
Duck and Dive
A nice premium offered to PCI holders on the LSE forum:
“If anyone wants to sell their PCI shares at 3.5p, please get your broker to contact Ken at Cambell O’Connor (tel 00 353 (1) 679 1969). Non-negotiable on price, sorry. I am short from a lot higher up, so happy to pay a slight premium to the bid price to release funds immediately, rather than wait for the takeover process to complete.”
