Shares in marble quarry company Fox Marble (FOX) are continuing something of a recovery having fallen towards 10p early this month, with some further momentum now being provided by an update including that commissioning and opening of the company’s factory in Kosovo “is anticipated by the middle of the year”.

Tom,
It would appear that nobody can identify the company Eboracum that FOX have announced an agreement with.
Can you please confirm which company it is please?
There are several options doing the normal internet searches, but none appear to fit the profile FOX described in the RNS.
Thanks in advance

Are you still trying to ramp the shite out of this Jam tomorrow luxury marble seller ( seller …..I wish ) in a world recession ……… Red Flags abound .
If it were not for it being in your Nifty Fifty figures you would be saying sell ……… your in denial just like with Stanley Gibbons .

Surely it’s more like jam today? That’s 2 sales already this year totalling 2.5 million euros. It’s pretty impressive

I cannot see any evidence for confidence that the share price is turning the corner – that investors enthusiasm sees additional value in the share price. The Share price support line has been dropping at 0.4% per 4 week period for the last 11 periods.
Are you sure this is not a bit of positive PR to prop up a failing stock?

Tom,
Did you have a chance to ask the company to correctly identify Eboracum for us,as nobody can find the company as described in the RNS?
It would help a lot if you can, and it would be somewhat of a concern if you can’t either.
And they still have’t confirmed receipt of the funds which is strange.

Wouldn’t it be Eboricum marble Ltd, company number 09837366? It was incorporated late last year. The registered address for company filings is a mail forwarding service so can’t check that, but the registered address can be anywhere it doesn’t have to be at their premises. I doubt you will find any websites at this stage being a new company as they would probably want to have all the marble delivered before they advertised it for sale so they can meet orders promptly.
