LGO

LGO renegotiates with Frog bankers again - admits it is in dire straights

The unacceptable face of capitalism, Mr David Lenigas, can ramp LGO Energy (LGO), the company that paid him almost £1.8 million over 7 years to help buy his 100 foot yacht, as much as the fat liar wants but a statement today makes it clear just how fucked LGO is and that its position is getting worse rapidly.

Comments

  1. Minor amendment .. I believe you meant “la rue” as opposed to la vie

  2. Almost as if they were embarrassed by yesterday’s rise.

  3. More incompetent Whinni Maths from the “big floater”
For a start the shares went up on your “ de -ramp” yesterday by 12% and then back down today 12% today so they are infact stable .
The bank is cooperating ……… which is good news …… and as I predicted , despite your scaremongering since last NOV 2015 .
The IPO price at 3p and the peak share price at 6p are not relevent to todays issues which are solely related to a fall in oil price of 80% since the latter
The company is producing 600 BOPD and oil price has risen $5 per barrel from its lows

The loan numbers are infact :-

    10.4 million BNP loan
Creditors 6.5 million less 1.5 million to be paid in shares and 4 million to be paid by drawdown retained from the 10.4 loan by BNP for that purpose . leaving I million creditors to pay .

Total owing :- 10.4 BNP loan and creditors I million .
Should the loan be forthcoming from the US that leaves circa 9 Million for increasing output , new wells etc.

In short ………. nothing much has changed since yesterday apart from the Bank BNP becoming more helpful.

do try to show a modest amount of balance in your analysis .

The company has not been managed by Del boy Lemongas since August 2014 . The current situation is simply a reflection of OIL PRICE , Nothing more , nothing less ,

    Hugs and kisses
    WR

Teathers matey Teathers ………. oh and Stanley Gibbons , oh and Mirada , oh and FOX marble , Oh and Obtala , oh and Moil ………… oh my goodness me Moil , What a palava .

  4. Wildes

Despite sucking Lenigas cock for years you are just not as good as the master when it comes to smears.

So you try to ignore good tips and pick the worst. The thing is a good smear needs to be true so for instance MOIL we tipped once and bagged a mega gain. We tipped it a second time and cut losses quickly. Overall well ahead. You just ignore that…

next time you are blowing off Jabba get some tips on this smearing business you are just 2nd rate.

You keep buying LGO pal and blaming the fact that 90% down on its IPO having sent £65m to money heaven it has underperformed all its peers it is just down to the oil price and nothing to do with your hero being a man who owns a yacht but is just not a creator of wealth for anyone but himself. Where's your yacht bought with your gains from LGO

  5. Rather it is you that smear me . I have never been a fan of Del Boy Lemongas ( but you were in the past ) I have been nothing but a critic of him ( unlike you in the past ) . My interest in one or two of his former companies post dates his involvement . I just like to defend the underdog from people like you who practise broad base vendetta on all his former companies ,regardless of there being any fundamental difference to other market sector participants in exactly the same situation due to OIL PRICE , nothing more nothing less , just oil price . Yep , that will be oil price ……… as in oil price .
I have not sucked any part of David Lenigas , let alone his cock . That is not going to happen , ever . Nor am I homosexual ( but dont construe that as being a homophobic )

    Hugs & Kisses
    WR

Oh I nearly forgot ……….. I dont own a boat because I am scared of being on water and have a morbid fear of drowning . If I did have the means available I would choose something land based to spend it on . I am just not really motivated by aspiring to conspicuous consumption . My needs are much more modest than that . “Keep it Simple Stupid” is my motto on life ……….. trinkets just weigh you down .Karma of course forbids anything else and thus excess wealth gained by dubious means is just redistributed at a later date to those who need it more . Dont fret ……….. Del Boys wealth will meet the same fate if it indeed merits that fate …….. all in good time .

  6. Drunken Sailor

Nearly sunset and on the second G&T.

I predicted they would not be able to pay the froggies in Mar – oh look I was right. I predicted Q4 production rates – I was wrong but on the high side, ie they were worse than I predicted.

There are lots of people with their heads up their own arses who thing I just blindly follow what Tom says. Nothing could be further from the truth. I agree with him for the most part, most of the time, because he is mostly right. We all get things wrong, including me.

Share Prices manipulated by Lenigas ramping have no bearing on the true value of a company and are not a predictor of what is going to happen. It is possible to make money by gambling on when and how effective the next Lenigas ramp will be. More people lose than win on those gambles, but if you do not give a shit about fundamentals and are lucky in your guesses about the Lenigas ramps then go ahead make money, that is all share trading in the AIM cesspit is about. 90% lose, 10% gain, always be in the 10% and you can’t go wrong.

Sun is setting so got to go. Even now the sun never sets on the British Empire.

  7. Given Lenigas has total faith in the company and has continually ridiculed anything negative written about it, I presume he is now about to offer up a loan facility to help it through the impending cashflow issues. He has the money so why not?

  8. Drunk ………….. now youve got your head out , keep it out for a while and let the fresh air get to that nasty red rash where Whinni’s sphincter muscle grabbed you . You are so stubborn you old goat …….. anyways I am happy with my 100% gains . On average 50% of folks made gains because the price fell back to above the mid point from the start point . I called “take profit” when I sold . Cant say fairer than that . We dont know that they cant pay the loan payment in March . What we do know is they negotiated not doing so to conserve cash . These things are not the same to be strictly accurate . Turn on your humility gland .Pa leeeeeeese .Thomas is wrong on everything apart from Fraud ,especially wrong on Assad , Putin , Thatcher , Trump , Kyle Morris ( ooh yes ) , The tramp stamped Cheryl , Mrs H Clinton , Lefties in general , conservatism being good and Teathers , oooh yes Teathers .

Hugs & Kisses ( like the French do )
    WR

  9. Drunken Sailor

    Wildes,

I hope you also noticed that at no point did I resort to name calling or personal abuse. There were a number of low blows I hinted at, but did not land – TEA was one of those. I think we both agree it is best to avoid investing in shitty little AIM investing companies, no matter who is pulling the strings.

I note GUSC has run out of time and is being booted off. It will be interesting to see what does finally happen there. If what is / was to be reversed in is of genuine value, surely now it makes more sense to do a straight IPO onto the standard list and ditch all the baggage that comes with a former AIM shell. I do hope that whatever does get listed, if anything, is either UK incorporated or has a subsidiary that is UK incorporated. I am nearly as sad as Nigel when it comes to anoraking around in Companies House filings.

Just make sure as you spread your hugs and kisses around that whoever receives them is 16 or over. It is not illegal to kiss and hug someone most passionately, who is under 16, but you would not want to be classed as a nonce.

The youngest girl I ever swapped spit with was only 5!

But as I was also 5 at the time, I guess that is ok.

  10. Wildes pretending he makes money on LGO is so funny.

    Lols, just looools.

  11. Cowboy ,
Well ,some one has to …………. There are two sides to every single trade and its just a matter of timing . Even you could do it . It is no good picking a share to trade that just sits there going sideways ……….. just pick one thats very volatile with a huge and liquid shareholder following and “jobs a good un “.

Hugs & Kisses ( just like our continental cousins)

    WR

P/s Try something safe and range bound first any newbies reading ……….. like JLP ……….. it ranges between 3p and 3 .5 p . In on a bad day near too 3p as you can , out on a good day near 3.5 p as you can . Always chance of a spike upside here, but down side has a solid floor at around 3p .

As always ……. dont risk what you cant afford to lose . No betting ranches . Small stakes less than 2% of your total portfolio value . Its beer ,fags and cars money , not 100ft boats in Monaco money . Leave that to Dell Boy and the “Shell” reversing Boys .

  12. Drunken Sailor

    Wildes,

Your money making technique on LGO relies on Lenigas ramping and then people who look at the things that matter, like the financial condition and production, driving the shareprice back down closer to where it should be (0p) ready for the next cycle. You do not need to worry that those who buy on the Lenigas ramp will be put off by ShareProphets, as those who do that completely ignore it. As quite a bit of the Lenigas ramp is around attacking ShareProphets, there is a clear symbiotic relationship, which enables you to make money. Thus rather than coming out with a lot of the nonsense you do come out with, just say thanks and leave it at that.

  13. DS

NO……………………… my money making technique relies on the fact that the company WILL survive in my opinion and then go on to thrive as oil price recovers and as new wells are drilled with the 9 million ear marked for the purpose from the American funding of 20 Million being used for a 10 drill campaign costed at 9 million (RNS 26 FEB 2016 ). I am investing very cheap on the prospect (or not) of survival ebbing and flowing on news flow . If It stays positive I will hold ……..if not I will sell or take a negligible total write off loss . If it survives I expect to multibag many times over . Aim is high risk ……. it is not play school . Teathers mate Teathers .

My current position at time of writing is :- almost entirely out ( a small token monitoring position is held to enable easy data provision in my portfolio monitoring systems ) This position may change daily , sometimes more than once .
