Fork-In-The-Road

MX Oil, Cornhill, Optiva Et Al… I Declare War

It’s yet more bad news for holders of MX Oil (MXO), the BMD information feelers are currently monitoring this company as well as ALL the companies that Cornhill Capital is involved with. Of particular note is the disastrous Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) fuckup, which is shortly to hit the High Courts in Manchester, as well as the Financial Ombudsman, more on that later. I have two solicitors currently working on a return of my capital. It may develop into a full blown ShareHolder Action Group. But at this stage I am personally at war with this lot.

Comments

  1. I agree the lower end of AIM is corrupt as hell. MXO being an especially bad example.

However, BMD has less than zero credibility; after SER, nobody is going to take anything he says seriously.

  2. A call to arms by Mr.hopkins
    Sawn off weapon of choice?

  3. You have GOT to be kidding me???

    This tool writes for SP?

    BWAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

  4. Chaps

Explicity I do not endorse everything that BMD has said & done but he has a point of view. I thought the news on Lenigas Cuba is quite interesting. Punters in this one were rogered by Jabba it is interesting that some are fighting back.

Whatever you think of the old bank robber is his analysis of the lower reaches of the AIM cesspit not correct?

    T

PS Mr Levi is not going to be a regular contributor to this website but dont we all believe in free speech?

  5. While I agree with much of what is said here, my overriding thought is..

Pumper gets caught in dump – meh.

  6. I hope he loses all his money after that stunt he pulled with Sefton.

Plays the game then goes crying to mummy when it dosent go his way

  7. I hope he loses all his money after that stunt he pulled with Sefton.

Plays the game then goes crying to mummy when it dosent go his way

  8. The Aim Avenger

Theres one thing about MrDaniel. When he goes for it. He goes in full throttle. Cornhill will end up like Sefton. In the poo. The man is DANgerous!

  9. I agree with him being allowed a POV. I don’t see why you should air it for him is all, after trying to ruin you.

Besides, as stated in my tweet. The article is FUCKING hilarious. Crying and whining about stealing money off companies and selling into false rises….

    Oh the IRONY.

If Comedy Friday featuring all round cry baby and TWAT BMD is to be a feature… I applaud it.

TW Note - re Par 1. Just shows what a nice guy I am. Just don't tell anyone, it is a well kept secret

  10. James Cleeve

He’s not wrong but an amusing case of the pot calling the kettle black. I don’t for a second buy any of the ‘fighting from the trenches’ rhetoric though, or his Che Guevara Moniker. I believe him to be a plain and simple crook who dons whatever costume suits his current ‘angle’.

  11. People definitely miss sold MXO. Same same Lenigas Cuba.shareProphets called them bang on. We know BMD loves a fight. Soon as people like Tom W or Levi go for companys then most sane individuals should sell up. Got out of MXO AT 3.90P Why would you hold at 0.6p when you know it’s going post placing sub 0.4p? Sell up..

All said and done smart arse remarks don’t add anything worth while, other than show how effective Tom or Dan are when it come to winning fights. Both are unbeaten. Many have the scars to prove it. They never give in. Bit like the terminator. :-) Great stuff. I love reading it.

  12. If this website is really going in another direction then he is the last person who should be contributing. Strange.

TW note 1 article & chap is not tipping shares. Really you think this marks a sea change in direction? Really?

  13. Teflonman Dan

  14. Regarding his comments re Aim and the companies mentioned he is quite right and of course Tom as editor you have the right to include his writings and we all should believe in free speech.
I just hope he has bought you a few ouzo’s to make up for the crap he has spouted about you and this site.
I suppose the fact he has placed a piece here means all the derision he said about the Shareprophets site has been proved wrong unless of course he Is a hypocrite!.
    Another win for Tom….
    All the best

  15. DIC Bollinger

    *Note: Fictional story

DAFFYD spends more than a decade in the slammer for armed robbery, intimidating, threatening and bullying.

His pal Big D stuffs him on a Fidel deal and so now no longer believes big D to be the only director on AIM with credibility and instead forgets his own criminal history ( or more recently the pump & dump debacle on CHEVTON – name withheld for obvious reasons ) Only to accuse others of STEALING his money and misleading him / others

Tris boil his friend ( victim ) asked “DAFfyd I have all this worthless paper and my anus smarts but how are we going to get our money back? “

My mum’s gonna kill me if she finds out.

I’ll get my weapons out to threaten the brokers and anyone else who’ll listen.

    Tris Boil – The shotty?

    DAFFYD – Ermmmm…. No 2 solicitors

Tris Boil – Why 2 solicitors and not 1

DAFFYD – Ermmm…. They always have 2 in the movies, haven’t you ever seen a few good men where Tom Cruise gets General Big Dick to buckle under pressure!!!

Tris Boil – No “ is it on after 7pm “

    DAFFYD – ((( shakes head )))

If in doubt we’ll set up an action group and bring Tom in to help us push our delusional agenda until one of em squeals

Tris Boil – I’m telling if I’m pressured

DAFFYD – nobody likes a grass

    The End

(fictional ironic story) donations to the chevton2

  16. Re free speech – so if BMD had written an article that was bearish on say OPTI, R4E etc then you’d have run it? Or does free speech only count when it endorses the view of the editor of this website?
    Just asking…

  17. GG79

    a) I will be running no article by Mr Levi where he recommends shares as a buy or a sell given his “issues”

    b) All our writers can say buy or sell on whatever share they want. we have had authors run bearish pieces on stocks FIML holds before and will again. I back my judgement not theirs.

    T

  18. No. You miss my point. You’ve declared you are setting up to go after the bad guys. Which you are brilliant at and I can’t speak highly enough of you for that. Giving him a voice is completely counter to that. His market abuse is without question. As much as I agree with what he is saying and I am also a died in the wool believer in free speech, he shouldn’t be saying it here. You are better than that.

  19. Drunken Sailor

    Dan,

Have you and Tom kissed and made up? – I hope so, the crap you put out about him really did you no favours. Have you and the total twat Chris Oil parted company? I hope so, he is as much of a robber as you were, you may have reformed – I believe in rehabilitation of offenders as much as Tom does. Chris is yet to show any sign of reforming.

Good to see you back on the side of truth and justice, for now. I felt Tom was too soft on MXO, and said so. Raising money at any price and screwing existing shareholders (even if one of them is Chris) in the process does not make an investment case in my book

  20. Having BMD on here complaining about pumping and dumping and market abuse is odd. If only Fred and Rosemary West were alive to give their views on child care.

  21. The trolls are out in force. Whitlow banned from twitter and under scrutiny by the fca. Still using fake account to post. How’s value less the markets scumbag? Piss my self laughing LOL!

  22. Hopkins is a washed up blogger and is only posting on shareprophets out of desperation because nobody reads his own site any longer.
A self confessed criminal who spent 16 years for armed robbery, why on earth would anybody give a toss what he has to say. Remember this lie that he tweeted about SER while he was offloading his SER shares.

    30/04/2015
    Today 20:19
“@BrokermanDaniel: It’s back to the rumour mill on #SER for me chaps! Am I selling? Not on your life. Tick! Tock! Goes the Stryker clock!”

Tell us why you sold out of SER? You are just full of hot air, and not one comment of support posted above.
You complaining about pumping and dumping is laughable. Loser

  23. I wonder how many of these posts are from the pumpers & dumpers and their Cornhill/Optiva handlers?

Speak up chaps use your real names. Just because you’ve been banned from twitter or had your arse kicked for pumping and dumping doesn’t mean you have to hide.. LOL!
As for the nonsense re’ market abuse. I’ve never had so much as a phone call or letter from any regulator re’ the childish screams some are posting. Your screams may scare Winnifrith but they don’t scare me. Crack on lads. I’m here to stay. Get used to it. Maybe a certain numpty banned from twitter would like to return the £17,000 he received from my company?

Any one has issues I’ll be at the UK Investor show. Look forward to speaking to those man enough to pitch up for a chat. :)

    .

    Viva

    Daniel Levi

  24. Bullet proof vests standard issue at the uk investor show?

  25. Duck and Dive

dont we all believe in free speech?

Hopkins is an evil cunt who robbed some of ShareProphets’ readers in order to get his hands on the cash which he is now whining about having lost to Lenigas.

Unlike you, he is interested only in himself. He thumps his tub only to increase his gains or reduce his losses. SP campaigns on behalf of PIs; the convicted armed robber seeks only to exploit PIs.

If you can block or ban SP commenters or Twitter morons simply because you disagree with them or find them offensive then “free speech” doesn’t really exist; so proper self-serving villains like Hopkins should not have been given a platform here.

  26. You talk about being “man enough”

Are you “man enough” to comment NOW why you posted the barefaced lie in the tweet on 20/4/15 about not selling your SER shares?

You have rubbished shareprophets often enough. but when it suits your needs (as no one reads your own site anymore) you post on shareprophets. Two faced and obviously desperate for someone to like you.

More to the point if you had some sympathy for the victims of your crimes. You were only “man enough” to reveal your sordid criminal past because it was to be exposed in the media 24 hours later.

Get real you loser. As posted above, but worth posting again “has less than zero credibility; after SER, nobody is going to take anything he says seriously”

  27. I sense the action of Karma restoring the universe to balance once more .

    Bliss.

  28. Bless.

He’s been for a little ranty rant.

The comedown having to ask Tom to post his childish drivel here because his site is so riddled with adverts that no one uses it it utter hilarity.

    What a fucking div.

  29. The scouse troll is fitting!!! What ever I sell or buy OR TWEET or write IS of no concern whatsoever of yours. You are a nutjob and seem to think that you are some kind of market guru. #Deluded #fruitcake.

However when you come into my world, posting your bile and lies from your various fake twitter accounts & podcasts then, as you found out, #Karma visits. You were banned from twitter for posting disgusting troll abuse aimed at many different investors. You get out of life what you put into it. If you rob banks you go to prison. If you troll people via sexual abuse/threats on twitter they ban you. Learn to live with it.

You are manipulative bare-faced liar. Keep running with your pump & dump mates. Most now know you are a deceitful individual, who always attempts to bring down conversation/debate to your intelligence threshold i.e troll abuse. How goes SRES, UJO, WSG,PXOG, ADSS, AFRI, INSP,ADSS, PRS, RRR, GKP, MSMN, NMG, NEW, KGLD, CEB, SRES, MXO And many more. ALL pumped by you and your twitter pals costing retail investors millions. I know low level crooks when I see them. Your modus operandi is now known. Stick to your fantasy world where you are a legend in your own mind. Because most genuine people now know your a fruitcake.

No further correspondence will be entered into on this thread. Tom is having kittens. :)

Good to read that some people can actually string a few sentences together without posting expletives…. Keep your eyes on Antrim Energy. Tally Ho….

    Viva

    Dan

  30. Dan,
Also interesting to note how the previous placing at 4.5p went – that having been leaked by some (if i remember right they were originally trying to get it away at as high as 5p!), and a load then cancelled their orders to buy shares in the placing and bought on the open market (having conveniently leaked that a placing was coming…). Even the CLNs were leaked before the RNS.

What is apparent to me is that placings at the lower end of AIM are a complete mess and we need to revert to a system whereby shares are suspended from trading whilst a placing is underway, and then realist once it is completed. Plus i would like to see a lock-in period for placees (and those taking part in IPOs) of say 60%.
The whole point of taking part in a placing should be because you believe in the company – not so that you can flip for a quick profit and have zero interest on what happens to the company in the longer term.
We now seem to be in a situation whereby the really awful companies have easier access to finance than those that are actually trying to raise the money to do something to add value for investors!
The problem with all these bucket shop placings is that the placees tend to be PIs, and in many cases unsophisticated ones who seem to fail to grasp the concept of being made an insider!

For anyone else reading this, I just happen to agree with Dan on his points here, which makes a change – I’m blocked on Twitter by him (think Lenigas is about the only other one I’ve noticed that has me blocked – that was over my LGO views), probably over some of my comments about Sefton in the past!

  31. Simple Moving Avarice

Some pertinent advice via Damon Runyon about what to do when someone offers you a “can’t lose” proposition:

When I was a young man about to go out into the world, my father says to me a very valuable thing. He says to me like this…

“Son,” the old guy says, “I am sorry that I am not able to bank roll you to a very large start, but not having any potatoes which to give you, I am now going to stake you to some very valuable advice. One of these days in your travels, a guy is going to come to you and show you a nice, brand new deck of cards on which the seal has not yet been broken. This man is going to offer to bet you that he can make the jack of spades jump out of that deck and squirt cider in your ear. Now son, you do not take this bet, for as sure as you stand there, you are going to wind up with an earful of cider.”

  32. I shall be needing some more popcorn.

  33. Why does the twat keep talking about Doc?

    Is he THAT paranoid??

    Lols. Just lols.

  34. Gary Newman, valuable points. Cornhill were leaking inside information to the pump and dumpers who then used it to rope in mug punters. They do it all the time. How in the name of God does TW and BMD know about a placing between 0.4p-0.5p? I’ll tell you how, they have good city of London contacts. TW in particular is a master at finding out what’s going on. Hats off to you Tom.

One only has to look retrospectively back at the ramping on MXO CEB UJO RRR. Levy is of course right. There are pump and dump crews being run by bucket shops, who whisper sweet info to them in-order to get the sp rising. How can we all forget what these people wrote, tweeted and released on podcasts? They were telling lies and they knew it. I recall all the carp on CEB, NEW and MXO. Sad thing is that decent folk are now paying the price with their hard earned cash which has basically been scammed out of them.

Good Luck to any one who Is prepared to take these rogues on in the courts. I’ll also be getting in the popcorn. Indeed if it hits the courts it’ll be the greatest show on earth. David Lenigas will have to take the stand as will the Brokers. Barristers are forensic. I can see jail time for some. Quite possibly Cornhill and Optiva closed down. shareProphets articles stating that Lenigascuba was mis sold are on the money.

The travesty is that it has taken a reformed bank robber to wake us all up. (No offence Dan I’m only making a point) I for one will be closing my Cornhill account. One thing we know about BMD and TW is that when they go for the jugular they invariably win.

I’ll be getting my money out of Cornhill ASAP. The last thing retail investors need is for yet another lock in, which is what happened at Hume Capital. My advice for any one with an account with these two firms, is to get out fast. Their houses are under attack from notorious individuals who can and will cause huge damage.

  35. So very sad to see such nonsense published here by Daniel Levi (David Hopkins) – “ anyone has a problem I’ll be at the UK Investor show “

    Tough guy!!!

  36. Tim,
Cheers, was typing on my iPhone and have noticed a couple of mistakes in my comment – should of course have said ‘relist’ not realist! And also a 60 day lock in, not 60% (not sure how that got there instead!).
Given what happened at Sefton I also totally understand why many are seeing Dan’s comments as somewhat hypocritical to say the least! But i do agree that a shake up is needed of the system – something I’ve been pushing for now for some time (I wrote a few pieces on this subject at the time of the NEW debacle).
I would also possibly question whether he would still be quite so upset about LGC had the SP doubled on listing and he’d been able to sell at a fat profit – which I would assume is what most of those buying at 2p were hoping for. Often only see them bleating about how unfair it is when it goes wrong – NEW was the same with many of those who forward sold the placing and then got stung!
These days it seems to be a complete free for all!

  37. dan,
you mentioned the readies doc got for helping ramping
wasnt that in sefton shares not cash, so proly ended up cashing them in for a lot less?

  38. The purpose of the following tweet was to mislead and ramp up the SER price while at the SAME time he was offloading his shares.
    30/04/2015
    Today 20:19
“@BrokermanDaniel: It’s back to the rumour mill on #SER for me chaps! Am I selling? Not on your life. Tick! Tock! Goes the Stryker clock!” (The tweet was later deleted. I wonder why?)
In respect of his earlier reply on shareprophets ,I wish to make these points
    1) He appears to make an assumption that I am a person who blogs / podcasts (Doc H perhaps?) . Well Mr Hopkins/Levi I am not . I am a private investor. You are just paranoid.
    2) You state that you do not have to tell anybody when you buy / sell shares. That is your choice. One can only assume that the tweet above was made to deceive other SER shareholders.
3)You further state “I know low level crooks when you meet them”. This is probably correct. Birds of a feather etc etc.
You like to think you are someone of importance / influence on the investment scene. You are not. For someone who rubbished shareprophets in the past and who called TW a scumbag, you must really be desperate for publicity to now be posting on shareprophets.
Thankfully you have stated you will not be replying to further comments on the shareprophets pages.

  39. Must say I think Daniel Levi is a real cult figure. Love every thing he writes. Great guy. Let the haters (LOSERS) hate. Made me a fortune in the old GKP- RKH days. Thanks Dan. We love you Brokerman dan. All the girls think he’s sooo sexy… + Exciting… Tom what are your views on optibiotix these days?

  40. “Cult figure” Kathy? Suppose you’re nearly right…
