Disgraced corporate adviser Daniel Stewart will have its shares thrown off the AIM Casino on Friday. Its balance sheet is a train wreck, it is burning cash, its reputation is in tatters and its shares are worthless. So what happens next?

He has a “cunning plan” ………. and it aint Baldrick giving him a good hard shag .
Cynical Bear
As the number of shares he has now is almost identical to what he had before, isn’t the most likely explanation that the guys who he sold to at “3.35p” in exchange for an investment have said here you go, you joker, the shares never even came out of suspension, you can have them back and you’ll have to pony up some cash instead if you still want to make that investment.

It looks to me like he wants as many as possible, more so than ever now that DAN is going to be de-listed. Once de-listed he can imagine up any price he likes when valuing the DAN shares when calculating the NAV of Knob Park shares – therefore ever increasing the KP share price and continuing to suck in BBMs to buy at those prices.
Maybe his plan all along was to buy shares in such crap companies that they were almost certain to be de-listed for that reason. After all he knew DAN inside-out when he started buying.
