Does anyone at AIM actually care whether David Lenigas tells the truth in any RNS statements any more? It appears that Nomad Cairn and AIM regulation do not give a FF. I shall now demonstrate to you a slam dunk and material untruth in an Afriag (AFRI) RNS.

DUCK AND DIVE
So either this isn’t the Afriag (Pty) Ltd that has been referred to in AFRI RNS’s, or AFRI PIs have no-one on the board to look after their interests. Shirley shareholders will demand an explanation – although they seem mostly passive and happy to soak up all the Tweets that Fatty fires at them (ie BBMs).
My advice to the Nomad would be to get this mess cleared up via RNS before any regulators force his hand.
BRITTA
Given the number of pass-the-parcel companies with the same name (I count at least 4 AfriAgs to date, in a range of different jurisdictions) it’s entirely possible there are multiple ones.
This is the sort of corporate opacity that Craig Whyte would have been proud off.
