The fraud Naibu - the NEDS report back - sheer 100% AIM Casino comedy

Our coverage of the AIM Casino fraud Naibu (NBU) was detailed and we called it out as a fraud openly more than six months before its shares were suspended. Staff at Daniel Stewart (DAN) knew it was a fraud and did nothing. The NEDS were in denial when I ambushed them at the AGM - HERE. The NEDS and Daniel Stewart staff were a bunch of upper class twits who patronised me and failed investors. But now it is mea culpa time. The hooray Henry's who took the Naibu shilling as NEDS have today published a full update on what is going on. It is horriffic reading.

  1. DUCK AND DIVE

Hilarious. Surely Lin will choose British justice over the likely decapitation that the Fujian governor will prescribe. Not that shareholders will be any better off, either way.

  2. “Naibu, the company that was formerly traded on AIM, is a Jersey company. Naibu owns 100% of Naibu (H.K.) International Investments Limited (“Naibu HK”), which in turn owns 100% of Naibu (China) Co. Limited (“Naibu China”). The NEDs have removed Lin and his two colleagues from the board of Naibu HK, and appointed themselves in their places. Having gained control of the board of Naibu HK, the NEDs have taken steps to take control of the board of Naibu China by removing Lin and his colleagues from the board, and appointing themselves as directors. This apparently straightforward process has however taken a very long time, and significant expense, due to the cumbersome nature of legal proceedings in the PRC. The NEDs are unable to make their appointment to the board on Naibu China effective until the relevant shareholder resolutions can be filed with the relevant company registry in China, and the filings will only be accepted if the papers have been stamped with the Naibu chop. Lin holds the chop and unsurprisingly will not give it to the NEDs.”

Not sure if I fully understand that one…

I’ve download the top five in that list, they are 80p each payment via Visa Debit, and they indicate that on 18/09/15 Lin Huo Yan was appointed as a company Director whilst..

    Giles Elliott, aka Tim
    David Thomas aka Nice
    Stephen Cheung aka But Dim

    All resigned.

Yo Tom… you have mail. No doubt you might tell me you are on sabbatical but hopefully you can pick up the attachments and make sense of it.

  3. “The NEDs have removed Lin and his two colleagues from the board of Naibu HK, and appointed themselves in their places. Having gained control of the board of Naibu HK”…..

Three Resignation Documents. Signed and Dated 01/09/15

ICRIS is not slow to update its registered documents and these were in the last set submitted for Naibu HK on 18/09/15

  4. “Unfortunately, he has refused to speak directly with the NEDs. Since May 2015 we have attempted to institute contact through a PRC based intermediary who has managed to have a couple of short conversations with him.”

Eh…? They have not been able to speak to him since May 2015 and yet they have managed to sign their own resignation documents….

    HTF does that one work?

Here’s a page from the most recent document, No.1 on the list at,

Lin Huo Yan Appointed 18/09/15 it gives his address as being, via OCR and Google Translate,

    褔建省晉罣工巿陳埭坊腳村濱陽路 31 號

    or

    褔建省晉江巿陳壞坊腳村濱陽路 31 號

Bin Yang Lu Jin Fu Jian province anxious about labor market Chendai village square feet on the 31st

    or

Bin Yang Lu Chan Fu Jian Province Jinjiang bad public square foot village on the 31st

  5. Imagine how much a pair of Naibu trainers would be worth on eBay though! Rare as rocking horse shite :D

  6. Simple Moving Avarice

I think the address is actually

    褔建省晉江巿陳埭坊腳村濱陽路 31 號

Bin Yang Lu Fu Jian Province, Chen Tai Jinjiang Municipal Square foot village on the 31st

Except I doubt it is “foot village”. I think 腳 is probably wrong but the document is too blurry to read.

  7. Simple Moving Avarice

That address turns out to be the address for Naibu (China) Ltd

    https://www.google.co.uk/maps/search/%E6%BF%B1%E9%99%BD%E8%B7%AF+31+%E8%99%9F/@24.807419,118.593236,17z/data=!3m1!4b1

  8. A-Ha. Thanks for the extra dig. Yes the screenshot/image is a bit small/blurry but if you are ‘really’ interested then as suggested the documents are available from,

    https://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/csci/

As I suggest it seems a bit strange that Elliott, Thomas and Cheung appear to be claiming that they have taken control of Naibu HK whilst the documents via ICRIS indicate they signed their own resignations in September at the same time that Lin Huo Yan was appointed as the sole director…

If you look further back then there are a set of documents that indicate that Elliott, Thomas and Cheung did get themselves appointed as directors whilst Yan was removed. Unfortunately the subsequent documents indicate that that action was reversed during September and Elliott, Thomas and Cheung have signed documents to confirm their resignations.

    All very strange.

Yo Tom. You have another e-mail.
