Exhibit 2 is poorly worded. However as the 3 European countries which make up the main contribution to European revenues account for 61% and European revenues are only about 40% of Group revenues the explanation at Exhibit 3 must be right, but that does not explain Exhibit 1. 39% of European revenues not accounted for seems rather a lot.
E80M = 77% of B2B revenues making B2B revenues E103M ie about 79% of total revenues, thus subtracting 100% of Mid East and Africa revenues may not be correct and if it is not then the figure for Russian revenues for B2B are even higher. What proportion of the 21% of non B2B revenues comes from Russia?
One possible explanation is that the 3 clients may be campaigning in Russia Mid East and Africa but the clients themselves may be from other countries and therefore the geographical distribution may be being apportioned to the country of the clients and not to where they are campaigning.
All very confusing and opaque – just the sort of reporting you need if you want to give as little away as possible about where your money is really coming from and indeed how much is real money.

If AIM were anything other than a regulatory free zone, the NOMAD ought to be suspending the shares until the completion of a forensic audit to get to the bottom of what is going on at this “company”.
AIM regulation, were it worth a candle, should be absolutely roasting the NOMAD for signing off on the rebuttal RNS and then demanding they fix the situation now, if not sooner.
The rap sheet for AIM regulation grows ever longer by the day.

Greece has 11m people smaller than central LONDON why on earth did I think it was a large country. Given its debts how can anyone make a fortune “selling” music to them. Does not compute.
