Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Over the weekend one of our most read pages was a very old article about bogus Tripadvisor reviews of a restaurant called Real Man Pizza Company. This was driven by discussions on the LSE Asylum Rare Earth Minerals (REM) thread about "defending their stock" - down again today BTW - by attacking me. And lo and behold...

Well thats odd because my daughter and her uber hot girl friends had a meal there late last month, and were joined by three of the doctors looking after my little granddaughter in Grt Ormond St, and they thought it was very good.
So stuff that one up your arse Kev from Brighton

I nominate twittard @simoncharles5
It’s hard to find the most ludicrous out of his array of ramblings but the idea that even George Osborne is stupid enough to buy shares in Gulf Keystone must rank pretty high.

“defend their stock by attacking me” Good grief , surely no one would do that would they ? surely they could just point out all the made up bits in the piece that are supposed to be in the latest RNS and the false assumptions deduced and presented as fact , with a one sided diatribe and absence of all balance thrown in for good measure . That should do it nicely , oh and throw in the odd “global shorting conspiracy admission” as well . Never let the truth get in the way of a good story ;-)

This is a very strange Company. Its ownership is very opaque, to say the least, and Uranium in Madagascar must be a total non-starter fundamentally. When it was LP Hill it had some very strange share price movts, without any explanation from the BOD. Now we see why.

The REM BB is a fertile hunting ground, there is so much madness that it is impossible to pick a winner. My nominee comes from the LGO board, where the madness is just a touch more surreal. i’am afraid I cant find the post of the name of this poor lost soul (there have been dozens of pages of lunacy since then) but the anonymous person said something close to:
‘Its great news that all our creditors are accepting shares, this means the price will rocket now! they obviously all realise the value of this company otherwise they wouldn’t be accepting our shares instead of money! I have topped up my holding here, expecting a nice return for Christmas’
R.I.P. to that poor BB moron
Uber Hot Girl
The REM LSE bb is not usually such a bad place, but there are certainly flashes of some truly moronic postings; take any of the posts by a stephen49 who would win the BB moron award hands down every single time.

Tom – are we allowed Worthington Group PLC / NunaMinerals disaster zone entries? Seems to have been a blanket ban on any WRN comment in place at ShareProphets.com since November 9th… and that’s despite all the NunaMinerals fraud progress and Allan “Bullshit” Biggar action in Greenland this past month.
We’re still waiting for your last Moron of the week / fortnight / month from Nov 1 to be announced!
http://www.shareprophets.com/views/16204/the-bulletin-board-moron-of-last-week-was-a-worthington-loon-can-you-beat-this-in-the-nov-1-contest
Seems a few Danish folk are getting wise to some of the possible reasons for the Nuna/Worthington fraud/takeover though (translation from Danish by Google):

“Expert: Nunaminerals takeover is tax planning”
by AG Correspondent Andreas Lindqvist TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2015 – 19:16
“When an English investor spends over ten million crowns to ‘save’ Nunaminerals, he buys in fact a deficit of 100 million, deducted from income, says expert
Greenland Mining Management (GMM) and kingpin Patrick Newman has primarily bought himself a hefty tax on the restructuring of Nunaminerals.
So says analyst Jesper Ilsøe with Praetorian Research, which is one of the few in Denmark, following the share continuously, among other things, to guide private investors.
Not interested in stone, he rejects the fact that the UK bagmands main interest is neither licenses or drill samples the company holds.
The licenses would be possible to obtain much cheaper than the more than 10 million restructuring costs if Nunaminerals went bankrupt. And drill samples are not worth much, he says.
- Especially because you stand owe the Cabinet and creditors a lot of money. If Nunaminerals went bankrupt, would the license be handed back, and then you could just ask to take them over, says Jesper Ilsøe to AG.
He believes instead that the maneuver primarily rooted in tax planning.
It rejects Patrick Newman, who now heads the Nunaminerals after his consortium GMM has taken over a majority share. “I’m not a tax lawyer. But we did so only in the whole Nunaminerals story because we feared that we and the Koreans were losing our license and investment. We did not come here to look for a tax business”, he says to the AG.

Rodent-hunter
I nominate Mr C.Love aka Loverat, who, possessing the ultimate defence against any action for defamation, libels, on a daily basis in his spewings on ADVFN, the good Mr Winnifrith. Whose main sin appears to be mainly right about investments, while Loverat is mainly wrong.
Indeed, the cretinous double-digit (IQ-wise) pretend-lawyer probably merits an award higher than Moron of the Week. A Moron of the Year award is merited.
A collective runner-up are the XEL rampers on the lunatic (and fake) LSE board, who, notwithstanding the happy exit stage left of the principal ramping crook this June, are continuing to cackle positively about this deadbeat stock in its headlong career towards zero pence. Rib-tickling stuff.

Worthington Wonderer
Worthington Group PLC Looney LewKir takes a break from whatever he is smoking to thank the WRN team for regular updates on the 7th RNS confirmation that the bankrupt WRN / bankrupt NUNAMINERALS takeover is still not in a position to proceed. Note how, despite missing the fact that Nuna is not yet refinanced as mentioned in the RNS, the loon uses his incredible analytical skills to suggest to leader of the Loons, the elusive puppet Doug “Worthless” Ware, that a price per share in the £25 to £50 range would be “nice”. Drrreeeeeeaaaam on Worthington / Craig Whyte / Aidan Earley / Allan “Bullshit” Biggar belieeevers! You’ve been had LewKir, along with that new Worthington puppet Patrick Newman and the gullible (or equally greedy) Greenland Government!

Happy as WRN all going to plan.
Nuna has been refinanced ( which shorters said wouldn’t happen )
Now will just be sorting out finance for WRN which will be 2016 as expected.
Shorters are you reading? – Good to see WRN keeping us updated on monthly basis. :-)
Doug £25-£50 would be a nice offer price from Nuna.

Tom – re: Worthington and @WorthingtonWonderer
You probably have bigger and more slippery and interesting fish to fry at the moment.
WRN/NUNA might just fizzle out – then the ructions from the deluded will not be something to gloat about ‘cos they had fair warning. You did your job as Sheriff (though it might be argued that the regulators have done little to protect any innocents unwittingly locked into this non-tradable travesty for the last 14 months).
But I suspect any “RTO” might be bound up with future “valuations” of gold and “rare” minerals no one has ever heard of – and law cases and dilution through the conversion of convertible loan stock and the rest. If they succeed in getting a public share trading platform in Denmark or anywhere in the world you might at that point have to saddle up and call up your deputies!
Mr Newman’s directorship history might be worth a little research – particularly the number of companies that started and dissolved without any accounts being filed. Probably all innocent non-starters of course?

Posted as a reposte against the resident REM deramper by BBM ‘markramt’ at 21.09 on Fri 11th Dec on the LSE board :
‘ Please just give it a rest well done you think this share is overvalued, and will continue to go down! You are Completely and utterly outnumbered probably by a factor of around 200-1 by the people that have actually researched and taken the time to find any and every piece of information possible…if only you knew the amount of hard work and research that has gone into looking into REM by the many! ‘
I think markramt meant to say ‘ We shall defend our minerals that are in the ground, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and on the LSE, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender as the share price tanks, even if REM goes tits up we will continue to fight against the despicable derampers who clearly know nothing and have not done their dyor.’
THE MORONS STILL RAMPING XCITE ENERGY (XEL) ON THE LSE CRAPBOARD
The crooked XEL rampers on ADVFN have either been run out of town or chose to run out of road (the A66 was a hit). Following the demise of the chief criminal, who thereby escaped a long jail term, the only regular remaining is the tranny Karl (“carla1”) who has been shorting XEL for years.
The morons and crooks have moved their operation to the lie-fest known as LSE (itself a fraudulently named entity) – here http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=XEL
This P.O.S. “lifestyle” company has seen its SP decline by 97%, burning while “they” fiddled (Nero! Nero?) or something like that. And all the while the moron rampers cackle on, though it is a lot more subdued, and the main perpetrators have quietly backed away and disappeared. Here’s a recent sampling:

quite right, sure they have to be with commercially confidential ongoing negotiations.

Fri 16:02
See final paragraph. IMHO I would suggest being in commercial negotiations would fall in to that category?
Directors and other PDMRs must not deal in shares during a ‘close period’, that is the period of 60 days before the announcement of annual results or the publication of the annual report (or, if shorter, the period from the end of the financial year to the announcement or publication). In the case of half-year results, it is the time between the end of the half year and the date of publication. If a company reports quarterly, the close period is 30 days before each announcement or, if shorter, the period between the end of the quarter and publication. (The same restriction does not apply to the company’s interim management statement, though a cautious approach would impose a similar 30-day ban on dealing.)

Would you blame a bit of optimism after what genuine holders have suffered here? It is far better than all the negativity even if the negativity is dressed up as reality. It’s not rocket science that most companies fail and therefore it’s the law of averages to bet against them succeeding. Irrespective of all the mistakes we feel that XEL have made you have to give them credit that they are still in the game after 12 years, Albeit only just. I hope the shorts have been closed and they have swung the other way.

Whatever, in the current market there will not be any rush, main thing now I think is getting the FDP done withing the lease timeline, they can relax after that, but if it stays as is 3 years from that. Let’s hope today’s building up to Monday am RNS, they got OGA waiting expectantly for 12/16.

Same old Posters ;provoking the same old reactions!
One question for those on here with the knowledge :
Why have the directors who still own millions of shares in Xcite energy not sold them out yet?
BENTLEY has 300 million barrels of oil and 35 years of production ahead of it!
Anyone who is involved in the commercial discussions is looking to the future! Deal being negotiated currently!

HISTORY (STILL) IN THE MAKING – Worthington Group PLC
More from Worthington Moron LewKir – it’s his birthday soon and he is relying on Worthless Ware and Bullshit Biggar for a holiday, poor soul!
PhiloBeddo has a flawless plan to turn his £10k life savings in to £1m. Current market for OIL being half that plan it seems.
Fonters still excited by the fact that being suspended for so long is clearly evidence that WRN has probably not been doing nothing. Genius analysis!
Maybe just past the post for this week, either way NEO99 throws in a comment proving conclusively that WRN LOONEY Golden Ticket holders remain the most deluded, amateur private investor market abuse victims in Europe, sadly failed by the authorities.
As Cliff Peat suggests – is this the time for The Sheriff to saddle up and ride in to Europe, Tom?

From £10K to £1million takes investment in just two ten baggers.
£10k to £100k and then £100k to £1Million
The first will be WRN which should ten bag maybe more.
Oil and Mining stocks will present the next golden opportunity of a lifetime to do it all over again.

It doesn’t take a year to do nothing.
You can achieve nothing in a minute. Maybe, just maybe, this is taking a long time because the number of transactions is so large. A huge number of deals, each one massively profitable for the company….
That should get the shorters’ and not-invested but deramp here in order to provide balance in our role as self appointed board police posters’ blood boiling! Have a great weekend all!
