Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
The Sunday Times today reports that the Serious Fraud Office has demanded boxes of documents and emails from Cenkos, the Nomad to Quindell (QPP) as part of its enquiry. Let me assist you Gents, for Cenkos actively worked to protect this fraud as the AIM regulation team knows full well. You see...I was inadvertently cc'd in on emails between Cenkos and the chocolate teapots.

These snakes are only ever going to start to alter their behaviour once they are hit hard, where it hurts, namely in their pockets!
The answer must be for innocent investors that have been systematically lied and deceived by the snakes (whether corporate or individuals)is to hit back at them by initiating class actions……. sue, sue and then sue again! Take back their ill gotten gains achieved through swindle and fraud, reduce them to penury! No £1 million home, no luxury lake side penthouse, big flashy cars and offshore funds……. leave them with nothing…..nada!
Once a few successful actions have been undertaken and the snakes forced to pay plaintiffs substantial damages, this may give the snakes a cause for thought and a change in their future behaviour.
A return to conducting business with ethicise and integrity!

Cracking stuff. Could be a whole paddy wagon full of these dodgepots heading for jail.
But I would love to see your stuff gain even more credibility. Spelling mistakes, typos, poor syntax, James Joyce streams of consciousness et al will always distract and detract to a degree. I have highlighted three glaring errors in just one paragraph and there are probably half a dozen more in the article:
“I contacted AIM Regulation numerous times about matters at Quindell alledging and demonstrating clear fraud. History has shown that I was bang on the money. I do know how AIM regulation responded to this because on one occassion on 23 October 2014 a Mr Tom Simmons at AIM Regulation mistakenly copied me in on the correspondence with the Nomad team at Cenkos lead by Stephen Keys.”

Tom – out of interest did you mention these emails before, or just now ?
