Declaration of interest – David paid for lunch, a pleasant burger with a blue cheese topping and a glass of red wine. I happened to be in New York on Global Shorting Conspiracy business so popped into the relatively new Reach4Entertainment (R4E) offices in mid-town Manhattan to kill a couple of hours before heading to JFK.

It sound great Tom and I hope they will turn this business around for all shareholders not just the few but something tells me that we have not seen the last of discount placings and a consolidation at a stupid ratio of the shares in years to come like so many have done after they have flooded the market. Great article Tom and I hope you are right but my break even would be 6p and I dare not buy anymore my wife would kill me. Lol.:)

A little harsh to say that Reach have messed up more times …. etc. You’ve obviously known it since pre-Reach/Stoller times, but he mainly inherited the debt issues, and has done a reasonable job of restructuring the business, both internal staffing, and at a corporate level with the debt/equity. He does appear to run a fairly tight ship, and am glad to hear his change of tone in terms of focusing on clearing the debt. Once he’s shown discipline in achieving that, then would be the time to think further about expansion.
Have a good flight back!
