How long can this joke go on? Floated at 10p, 18 months ago shares in Golden Saint now trade at just 0.035-0.04p as it has announced a placing to raise a £170,000 ( net £158,000) at 0.025p but it is still bust, insolvent, dead. What’s the point? Death is postponed but only for a few weeks.

The pages are getting a bit messy,Tom,as the text runs too far to the right and gets mixed up with the headlines.
TW note you just cant get staff these days. am in NEW YORk and helpless. heads to roll on my return, just had enoughMr Sales Person Extraordinaire
I was interested to see….
2. Sales of gold and diamonds
The sales of diamonds and gold that the Company was expecting to make in the latter part of this calendar year are now anticipated to commence in the first part of 2016. The delay in these sales has been due, primarily, to constraints on the Company’s cash resources. The Company has now raised additional working capital through the Pacing which should help to accelerate these sales.
I will be getting my Application in in time for Christmas. Happy Days. A company that understands it costs more, including my wages and a slice of the commodity off the top, to sell Diamonds and Gold than their intrinsic value.
Obviously I will have a problem deciding between the Bugatti, Ferrari or Lamborghini. After all Posh Folks with Dosh do not deal with Spivs.
Ker-Fucking-Ching.

The CEO really really needs to go. Till this is sorted this company is dead. The placing has already been forward manipulated, just look at the share movement last week….. This is an unbelievable performance. Just shows Management is KEY.

Tom, find your work on GSR fascinating and completely agree with the notion that it is a “poster boy for the bottom end of AIM”. Where I struggle is to see why this takes such a battering from you, so often, and yet others which represent the exact same ideologies are spared in their entireity. Red Rock latest financial statements…Bell and the NEDs paid c. £200k cumulatively (Bell paid nearly £100k for a part-time position..time shared with RGM – equally as exorbitantly paid – GGP, Jupiter etc), Admin costs of £1.3m, bloated board, entire Geology department laid-off despite recently acquiring licenses and heralding Ivory Coast as the next Jam tomorrow not too long ago.
Also, to apply your oft-quoted Warren Buffet phrase of how would that investment be in 5 years if the stock market close…to steal your GSR analysis – how would RRR be if the market closed for 5 weeks? Look at the share price, dilution history and parallels to GSR, yet it remains almost totally unscathed. Why can’t someone at SP take an actual look at the performance, expenses, emoluments and recent deal history with this company?

The sooner this dog crawls into a corner and expires, the better!
Arguably nothing more than a lifestyle vehicle for Mr d’Silva, whom seems to have done pretty well for himself, unlike his poor ruddy investors!
